Love it. Love doing Russians and this adds a lot to my game and knowledge. I like an outside foot sweep as well. If the step back to defend I’ve had success following up with a Russian snap down and go behind. Nice video.
I really appreciate your videos, i made a whole new gmail just to get the manuals to follow along, this year i was a sophomore who didnt get to wrestle freshmen year due to injury from football so i only had middle school experience, i was very behind, your videos helped me start actually placing in tournaments and i improved the most out of everyone in our team, the team i wrestled for is top 50 in cali and by the end of the season i was able to keep pace with alot of the state placers compared to the beginning where i was almost helpless 😅
Hello, I have little problem. My stance is left footed instead right because I have knee problems, but I’m also a right handed guy. I wrestle in a left handed stance. I can’t shoot because I can’t pivot because I’m in not out of the enemy’s leg.
