All the major European countries have stores equivalent to target most of them also have a Walmart. You might want to Google that and get your sheets and towels when you arrive since they weigh so much. You might pay just a few dollars more or it might come out to be the same, but it would give you more room for other things. Good luck.
WAIT, before you buy towels and bed sheets for abroad, check with your school and/or dorm building where you are going cuz most of the times they will provide you with that stuff and if not i would just buy it there cuz other wise it takes up so much space in your luggage and if you dont have the room its probably cheaper to buy it and leave it there rather than flying around half the world cuz luggage is expensive, but dont forget there’s internationals every year so they get a lot of that stuff from students who leave it behind and cant bring it home so you could also check for those xx just some real quick tips
Heard you say you are going to London. The most affordable shop to get things for a dorm would be asda. The UK Walmart. You can order online and collect from a store x
If you’re coming to England there are so many places to buy supplies - yes to Asda but also there are other big supermarkets such as Tesco and Sainsburys, and then TKMaxx, Dunelm, Homesense, B&M and Home Bargains - it just depends where you’re living and what’s near you. Also Amazon has so much for college supplies that can be delivered straight to you! Good luck with your time in London!
Omgg, I really like this video. It almsor feels like a face time. I liked the simple set up abe editing too and your vocie and the way u talk is soothing. Do more vids like this!!
Hi, first of all I love your videos!!! Im from Europe and if you are going to study abroad in Europe i can tell you that most city have stores equivalent to target where they sell everything that you may need so you dont need to bring towels and stuff like that because that takes a lot of space and weight in a suitcase that can be use for other stuff more important. I study abroad and bought a lot of house stuff in Ikea and Primark (it has basically everything and its super cheap) ! I hope that I could help and good luck!!! You gonna love it !!!
@@ashleighlobo same i live in england (think you said you were going to London) good shops equivalent to like bath and body works would be dunelm or even b&m and for an all round sort of store like target we've got tesco or asda which have food as well as home stuff
I am subbing to you, I'm an upcoming third form/freshman at a boarding high school called Maplebrook and it's my first time boarding and this dorm vid is just what I need and also you are really pretty!
Omg study abroad! I went abroad fall of my junior year too and it was the best decision I made. Cherish every moment you’ll love it! I just graduated in May, definitely goes by too fast 😢
Hey watching from the uk Double check with you acom but I’m pretty sure nowhere has shared bedrooms you might share a bathroom and kitchen but I have never heard of having and American style roommates if you get me! Also waiting to buy towels pillows bedding etc until you get there cause you can go to a big Tesco or Sainsbury’s and buy it all there probably cheaper!x
im actually living in a building in london that my college owns! so everyone in the building are students studying abroad from the college i go to! it's prob different if i went to an actual uk college!
Anything electric will need to be bought over there because their voltage is different. If you only get two suitcases, you really need to hold back on household goods.
i left all of that in my storage unit (that's in a different state where i go to college). also it's not worth it to keep shower shoes that i used in a communal bathroom imo.
@@sezzie6255I understood it as she lives in Texas and stores her things in Indiana instead of bringing home every year and this semester she will be going overseas for the fall to study before going back to her college where her storage unit is located.
Stop bc after a year after graduating high school (waxahachie,tx, class of '23) I'm finally able to go to college this year in alaska and ive been watching you since your first videos 😭
I’m an incoming freshman at Notre Dame and I love your videos!! ☘️
welcome to nd!!! thanks!!

4:24 yeah mold is one of the reason why i was told not to get a mesh one :)
I am subbing to you, I'm an upcoming third form/freshman at a boarding high school called Maplebrook and it's my first time boarding and this dorm vid is just what I need and also you are really pretty!
aw thanks!
i got the mesh one my first year, its hard to keep clean, and the bottles spill easily
I live in the uk, bedding at Asda, Argos is cheaper. You can also by toppers. Everything you need you can get here :)
thanks so much for the advice! what's a topper haha
@@ashleighlobobasically an additional thinner mattress to put over the original so it’s made more comfortable
As someone who went to study abroad, budget to buy stuff when you get there!
I feel the same with telling someone I'm old, I'm a Jr in highschool but I still feel like a freshman lol 😂😂😂 btw, u are super pretty!!!❤❤❤

Anything electric will need to be bought over there because their voltage is different.
If you only get two suitcases, you really need to hold back on household goods.
can you not reuse some of the stuff from previous years? like why do you need new sheets and shower shoes each year?
i left all of that in my storage unit (that's in a different state where i go to college). also it's not worth it to keep shower shoes that i used in a communal bathroom imo.
@@ashleighlobo but if its in the storage unit why buy more sheets for example? like when you return to college do you not go collect it and reuse it?
