Another wonderful video, with spectacular scenery! Two recommendations: I highly recommend an overnight stay at Pleasant Bay, on Cape Breton Island. Check out *True North Destinations* Superb, luxury, 5-star, geodesic dome accommodation.) May I also suggest a trip over to PEI and stay at the *Inn at Bay Fortune* and savor the scrumptious gourmet meals, prepared by Chef Michael Smith. You've no doubt stayed at both of these resorts and they are just two of my personal favourite destinations, that shouldn't be missed. What a lovely video? I have seen the Lodge on Strum Island and wondered who owned such a luxurious large house. Now we know. Thank you for this video. About the hot tub, we have owned a hot tub for about 15 years. It’s made of foam covered with marine leather ,and I ,at almost 70, can empty, clean, pick up and relocate tub and circulator and fill it up again, by myself. We love our hot tub. Love to star or plane gaze in our hot tub evenings.
@@DelightfulTravellers it was a Soft Tub, brand hot tub. We loved it! It was so easy to maintain and chemically balance. It was also so economical to buy and run just off an outdoor household outlet. It cost less than our fridge and small freezer to run. It was the best of buys and available thru a retailer on the Main Street in Mahone Bay. I don’t mean to endorse it in any way, but for us it was a real affordable luxury.
So amazing! I would love to explore the island and definitely take advantage of that hot tub! It would be so amazing to rent the whole island for a group event. The boathouse also looks awesome. What a luxurious experience!
That private island looks so amazing. How nice to be able to jump on a boat and explore. I would love to be able to have the private beach and a table to just relax and enjoy the beautiful water. Is it still cold? Have a blast and enjoy this special treat. I know I would have enjoyed that bread, meat, and cheese platter. Yum. And how can you beat a private chef? I have never seen a hot tub like that, but too hot for me if it's in the 30's, lol. Maybe in the evening. :) Thanks so much for sharing your adventure.

You already had me at fluffy bathrobes, Japanese tub and charcuterie board…then you just had to (further) blow my mind with a giant hot tub, mouth watering meal prepared by a personal chef, and a beautiful sunset 🌅. L-U-X-U-R-Y 🥂!
Incredible place! Unless I missed it, there was one thing I didn't see you guys touch on - security. Is there a hired security team and surveillance cameras on this property? I know Nova Scotia is safe, but you never know if some modern day pirates decide to do an uninvited landing....
