I love that you consider what's attractive on you, as well as all the other variables you talk through. We so often buy things without honestly considering whether they are flattering. Then items just sit instead of being enjoyed.

I'm 100% here for a longer pattern video :) I love your 'talking' videos as I have them on as I work. My fave one was your little unicorn one! Hearing people talk about what they love is the best,

Would LOVE a video (I mean you could definitely make 4 videos, one of the making of each) where you compare those blouse/shirt combos patterns and the items they made. I think its fun to see how small changes make a huge difference in the over all look of a garment.

This was so fun to watch & definitely a trip down memory lane as some of them were in my mother's pattern box when I was young. I actually picked out the 80's sarong skirt for myself in my teens & still remember the fabric it was made from! 😅 Also I purchased a beautiful dress pattern from your etsy shop this past week & you kept one so I'm keeping my fingers crossed, perhaps I will see you make it someday! Thanks for another great video 😌👌

If you have the time and inclination, would you please consider doing a sew-along video for the Simplicity reproduction pattern 8876? I have purchased it too, and I was super-excited because the sizing actually included my measurements. But I'm still a beginner sewist, and having a sew-along (which I haven't found for this pattern yet) would help me to feel more confident in completing the project. I really enjoy how relatable you keep your content and yet how you also keep the whimsy and fantasy as well. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Hair is beautiful on her! Where have you been? In this day professional women can dress like they want to and in clothes that make them feel good! Even vintage style!!!! I think the professional world takes her really seriously, as she has her patterns published by McCalls patterns. They are just one of the big four pattern companies. Just look around at the people in the world, the have different color hair . Some even have brightly colored tattoos. This is a great time in this world to be an individual person!

You may say its not that organised, but it's infinitely more organised than mine. My drawer of patterns (mostly self-drafted) is currently just a ton of loose paper because I ran out of envelopes ages ago. I now have more envelopes, but I'm almost scared to go in and sort it all out.

Is it.. weird that I prefer when they're *not* factory folded and have in fact been cut by the previous owner? Honestly half the appeal to me for vintage patterns is not having to cut the dang things out. (I'm curious though why you don't like Advance patterns? Just wondering if I might agree and would be better off avoiding them too.)
