A trick i learned with those rotor retaining screws if you don't have an impact philips, is to use the round end of a ball peen hammer centered and use another hammer to indent it and it comes right out, you don't have to use to retain the new, the wheel holds it on. If you do though tighten down then use the point on the Phillips and hit with hammer right on the edge of the screw to lock it in.
quick tip would be to make sure to adjust the preload to your liking before you put the coilovers on folks. it’s easy to get excited and throw them on and worry only about the ride height but preload is very important!
Looks real good man . Just a tip for when installing adjustable toe and camber links . Make sure you have the same amount of thread on the inner and outer link . Don’t just adjust one side they both need to be equal
I also have a 92 DA 5 Spd but it is LSVtec frankensteined by the previous owner and it's pretty shoddy but I picked it up for 3k, I'll probably end up doing a channel on it because it's now developed a mold problem on top of a myriad of jank from the last guy.
I have a question on jacking up the front of the DA integra where was the jacking point? Because I was trying to find mines and I can't seem to put it together or find my jack point
I know this is old but I have a question on the rear LCAs. Were the shockbushing lining up with the stock ones? My LCAs were a little off. The shock bushing seems closer to the end bushing on the truharts.
Have you ever had issues installing the rear coil overs on stock rear mounts??? I did mine on a VW golf mk7 and the maxpeedingrods threads was to big???
This was on my friend’s car, but I’m not sure if he has added front camber adjustment yet. His TH-cam channel is IAmCraigGentry in case he has put an update about it.
@@crxseth I have a 1990 Integra I’d like to lower; Am looking for some advice on how to address the Front-End camber... I’ve seen the different options available (upper arm, spc ball joint, swivel bolts). My biggest concern is the upper arms clearance, after installing One of these, in the wheel well. Have you worked on any 1990-93 integra’s?
My favorite gen for Integra's. Over all early 90s Honda and Acura were my first Honda love..lol
My Best Friends Dad bought her a 1992 LS in 1992 -Captiva Blue Pearl made the car look REALLY sweet It was fast.... It was an Auto
Been scared to tackle suspension on my 92 DA9.
glad to find some good info.
Ooofff that crx and the integra 🔥🔥

So clean
What kind of hatch/trunk struts are those? 😮 it’d be cool to hit my keyless trunk button and have it pop open when I go buy groceries lol

I’m not entirely sure. Make sure they are for your car. Many of these Hondas are similar with minor differences.
Probably could have done the inner tie rod too. Plus you will need to compress caliper piston to fit the brake pads
It came out really good what a clean integra 👍👍👍
that feeling when you jack the car down after lowering it! 🥵🥵🥵🥵 cant wait till next Cars and Coffee!
Can't wait!
Should’ve greased up the caliper pins.

I've only done it on Hondas, so I don't have any experience with that issue.
Where's the link to the channel for acura integra?
In the video description.
can i have the link to the coils?
Time for a new exhaust.
He has one on order, but it’s back-ordered until July!
@@crxseth love the video. I had a 93 teal integra gsr. Miss that car.
I noticed that you did Not Install anything for your Front-End Camber. Since this video, did you ever go back and do so? If so, what did you use?
