Good question! I have no idea because this light source knows when a LED is out - the sensor won't pick up output and you'll get an error code. You might want to try to white balance..
@@BetterBiomedChannel which led or part# did you end up using.? I rarely ran into e1 error, e2 is easy fix most of the time it’s just lose connectors to the led.
