@@Mirko.G1908 I asked the question, but I did some research after. I'm not sure if it's the same problem OP is talking about but there's an issue with the way the battery sits in the frame. Something about a poorly designed clip causing the battery to disconnect. Last I saw (few weeks ago) Canyon were addressing this for current owners and amending the design for future buyers. There's a whole thread on emtb forums about it if you want to learn more. I'd be interested to hear if there's other issues.
