30g ( Margarine ) 2 tbsp
135g ( Sugar ) 2/3 cup
3 ( Eggs ) 50-55g
115g ( Cake Flour / AP Flour ) 3/4 cup
25g ( Cocoa Powder ) 1/4 cup
3g ( Baking Powder ) 1 tsp
1/2 tsp ( Chocolate Emulco ) optional
15ml ( Fresh Milk ) 1 tbsp
Baking Pan size "18x10x7cm"
Preheated oven
Temperature 170°c ( 45-55 minutes )

Yes can,its just optional... Emulco just for adding the test of chocolate ..

In Bakery shop all butter cake need to side trim exept butter cake in cups or any silver mold so customers knows how moist inside of the butter cake 😊
