EU4 - Timelapse - Burgundian Shogunate of Japan (Shimazu World Conquest)

- I started by playing as Daimyo Shimazu and takeover Shogunate from Ashikaga. At the beginning of the conquer I quickly rush toward Russia and Indonesia as it is isolated from a cluster of countries. With the Vassal Swarm Strategy I can easily conquer the world after taking some decent amount of daimyos. After I finally reach France I shift my culture into Burgundian and trying to turn another culture into Burgundian as much as I can. Now the world is under Burgundian System, the order has been made. STRENG GEHEIM! STRENG GEHEIM! TENNO HEIKA BANZAI!!!!!!!

The vassals is the answers. Good thing for being Shogunate is the Daimyo vassal, you can create unlimited, Daimyo are special vassals that do not occupy a relation's slot.
@@netherknight666 that’s a very good point. With this approach, how did you manage to get the claims? Did you go Religious and stay Shinto, fabricate claims, etc? You can’t use your daimyo claims for conquest.
I’m now in 1685 as ex-Oda Celestial Confucian Japan, conquered about 6k development from Mexico to India. Finally got imperialism and can go rampant. But you were WAY ahead of me by that point! :)
@@StrategySphere You can see I didn't feed all land you my vassal, I always leave at least 1 province to bordering the invasion target for spy network. The best position for spy network is near the sea which having non vassal countries around it, like what I did at 7:54 with near Finland, most of mediterraneans, and the Indonesian nations.
