There's gotta be a better solution they can come up with than conceding because that only adds to their winrate which attracts even more people to play that shit
@tgatt5759 That's the problem with such a large standard. It leads to Bo1 having too many good fast cards, at least monored and variants. It's sad that other aggro decks weren't shown much love. Monogreen used to be decent back with snow lands. And I know we're boosting their winrate and a lot of their wins come from people scooping, but I don't see the point in playing it out. A simple way to balance Bo1 would be to tell you the players' colors, similar to Brawl. Then you at least know wheter to mulligan based on a guess. They could be white red aggro or white red tokens. Coula be blue white reanimator or control. But at least it's something.
@DontUseHack I used to do that and I had several incidents of over-space-barring myself to a loss, so I made it a point to always use the mouse, at least while recording, to lower the chance of a misclick. But yes, I could do that.
New player here, roughly a week playing near 200 games, I uninstalled the game. First time in 35 years a game made me sick. This is not a new player friendly game. I constantly lost handedly by turn five, many as soon as turn three, and if I could survive beyond turn five, I was getting hammered with damage up to over 4k damage in a single hit.... @kaycoffman5798 I feel you. When people ask me if they should start playing Magic, I tell them no. It's a very complex game, and if you play ranked, even at low levels, you get people with all the fancy cards, which is tough to play against when new. It's a terrible game, and most of the time, I hate it. I have un-installed the game before, several yimes. That said, I love the game as much as I hate it. There is no other game as complex and full of intricacies. I love exploiting weird and/or broken interactions. Most of them are not viable for competitive play, and that used to frustrate me, hence why I un-installed a few times. I decided to start my channel during one of those periods when I realized if I played to show off a combo to others, losing didn't hurt as much. I'm not saying you should start a channel, cause I already have too much competition. It's fine to quit. But maybe there's a reason you can find to enjoy it. Either way, you can keep watching my channel and enjoy the game vicariously through me.
@@bobibrews there are far too many very powerful rare cards to be honest. I don't want to drop thousands on a game I'm not sure I like. It's easier to go back to the other games I've dropped thousands on, that I know I like.
@kaycoffman5798 😅😅😅 My recommendation would be to stop dropping thousands on any game. You can choose not to spend too much and still have good decks, but it requires grinding a lot. You said you played 200 games in a week, which tells me you don't mind grinding. My account was free to play with most cards I needed up until I started my channel. After that, I needed to have the cards on day one, so I started buying the presale pack bundle for each set and using my gold from grinding to buy another 90 packs and the rest I craft with Wildcards. This year, I also bought some gems for mastery packs, and spent a total just under $400 and have most sets full or close to. I only do it because of the channel. Otherwise, I used to grind limited (drafts) and collect that way.
"if you can dodge aggro"
yes, it's the concede button lol

you can click space bar instead of the mouse on the prompts, makes you able to zoom through much faster, when you know you'll press it over and over

just one gain life and opponent lost life in sideboard is enough
@amornjiralucksanawong3002 which one would that be? It has to be an instant or sorcery for the Invasion of Arcavios to retrieve it.
You have more patience than myself. Good stuff
