I appreciate your commentary on the different comps, threats, map strategies, and generally nuanced commentary. Really great educational guide (and of course great gameplay)!
that missed dmg in the very start is actually so real to us ana players, or when ur trying to heal the same person for the last second or more and they gotta stand still for you to hit them
watching this seven months late. seeing all the jump spots on midtown is insane. never played OW1, I have about 250 hours in ow2 and didn't know any of those jump spots. insane
Great video ❤ Unlike all the videos that just put "educational" in the title, this video actual was educational. The way you think out loud on why you make the game play choices you do is incredible helpful! 😊
Watching this gameplay has made me infintely better, I was an r6 player (left once I hit diamond) and have been learning overwatch cus i found it more enjoyable gameplaywise. This meant I have pretty good aim but I just didnt know what tf I was doing. Your video has been so instrumental in helping me rank up,. learning positioning, targeting, and how to use her abilitites well. Thank you and youve definetly gotten a subscriber.
Man I almost stopped watching at Eich, looked like one of my replays - but then you started cooking. Guess it shows how important warming up/hitting a QP game is.
@Axyl123 Object permanence* Is an organisms ability to realize that just because they can not see any objects does not mean it doesn't exist anymore. It's why babies are fascinated by Peek-a-boo they haven't developed object permanence yet.
Thank you for this. I was ready to uninstall but seeing how much you suffered with bad teammates and that the gameplay wasn’t much different between you and I made my self esteem improve a lot. I felt like it must have been me as the common factor because how could there be so many bad games and bad team mates but now I see it’s just overwatch in general.
So I finally finished this video and by far my favorite unranked to gm I've ever watched! Learned so much from you and defensively noticed an Improvement in in positioning as I'm dying less in alot of my matches. Still bronze 1 but definitely can see my self climing out soon. Do you ever see yourself making an Illari unranked to gm?
The worst part about this guide is that you gave that Moira player in the Havana game @ 1:37:23 a win. Holy fuck how is this person in Diamond lobbies.
I actually liked the fact that you were missing a lot of shots before, since we're in gold. Made it actually looks like my gameplay so you were forced to use game sense to win instead
I dont think the gold Moira in the first game was smart... Gold moiras are more like rabid dogs that swarm anything that moves. When she dive high ground when he was on low health, I doubt that Moira had any plans or strategy running through her head aside from "must kill, must kill, must kill. Kill kill kill. Woof woof"
In games where he is not mechanically perfect, he plays more or less like I would in terms of mechanics and aims. However, in these games, he constantly berates himself, blaming himself for being terrible and the reason why the team loses, trolling, and other things that make it clear that mechanical skill is essential to make a difference. I have to admit that it feels like he's insulting me, and it makes me feel really bad, especially because there's probably not much I can do to improve my aim without investing hundreds of hours. Regardless of the majority of positive speeches about carrying oneself to high rankings and feeling good about one's impact in the game, witnessing him judge my equivalent skill level as literal garbage is, well... I don't know how to describe it. Anyway, the key is to continue applying the valuable lessons I was able to glean from the video. I'm not upset with the TH-camr, but rather with myself.
It's just comes from a place of privilege. The same feeling as Master's/Diamonds saying 'nobody can aim until GM don't worry about being able to aim' whilst they unload a full clip into the head of a genji that's butterfly floating about in the air. They just don't know what it's like to truly be bad at the game. Same as you though no hate to this guy he's super duper nice and I enjoyed the video, but it does suck that you will only ever go so far with these lessons because your mechanics will never be up to scratch.
Most of the time, players just arent consistent with their shots and I will get more value on anyone else. It also doesn't effect any break points to my knowledge.

Ana winrate season 4 went from 51% to 69% (nice) I like to think it's because of this video lol
Nicee. 👌
Dude you are actually such an amazing player, just learning from your positioning and aggressive nades I’ve already climbed out of silver to plat 1
watching this seven months late. seeing all the jump spots on midtown is insane. never played OW1, I have about 250 hours in ow2 and didn't know any of those jump spots. insane
I was a nerd when ow2 first came out 😭

Lol! And sure enough after I post this you go on to mention the very same.
"She was 1 chat! 1!!!"
"my bad she's actually 2"
really appreciate the timestamps!! i'm not good at ana at all, so hopefully this helps 🙏🏼
what an underrated youtube
I know it's a year old vid but this really helps. I've just started playing her recently and i'm at G4 so I appreciate all of the knowledge :))
thank you paz! ive been searching for a good ana u2gm
Glad I could help :D
awkwards is right there
@@Koko-ey7ke yes and his too of course
I’m currently on a massive plateau between high plat and low diamond and have been stuck there for a few seasons! Got a lot of good tips here
1:28:56 could never happen in this current meta(season 12), Dva would've just erased you even with the 50 more HP.
yep dvas stupid rn
Iv realized that object permanence is only common once you get close to masters lol
Diamond and below allergic to high ground as well lol
Low ranked player here, what is objective permanence, I’ve never heard of it? Thanks :)

2:39:11 why is this bot on reaper against a junkrat/zen…?
He takes the high road…. I would’ve been yelling at my Torb in that first game lol
The worst part about this guide is that you gave that Moira player in the Havana game @ 1:37:23 a win. Holy fuck how is this person in Diamond lobbies.
I took a 2 or three month break and it felt like I had to relearn everything.
I actually liked the fact that you were missing a lot of shots before, since we're in gold. Made it actually looks like my gameplay so you were forced to use game sense to win instead
and when i play ana my tank finds a nice corner to hide from me and die
Honestly idk why I’m jumping into competitive my first game on lol, thanks for the tip
Which crosshair do you use?
Paz can you give us ana setting on console??/ :c
