As a Guitar Player I think what ever you recommended all are good for money, based on your hand size buy branded guitars like Yamaha (now made in India(chennai) also available ),fender, epiphone, cort etc..

How long can I keep a guitar in tuning? By keeping it like this, is it possible that the stem will spoil in winter and summer? I would feel that sometimes the stem is getting bent. So it causes, the guitar to get out of tuning.

In my new Cort ad810 while tuning i broke G string,than i bought daddario 11.52 phosphorous coated string in that i broke E string. Is it necessary to detune guitar after using it daily?. Even if the guitar is not used for one month how many circle i need to do it with the tuning post, to avoid bridge lift?.
Yes, of course. If you're not going to use the guitar for few days it's advisable to detune it.
