I would *not recommend* this product at all and here is why:
Your teeth are built up in layers, and as the outermost layer of your teeth becomes discolored they will start to look more yellow-y; however, they are still strong and healthy. What I believe this product does is that it forcefully removes the outermost layer of your teeth. The effect on your teeth is the same as that of a rough sandpaper on a piece of wood. Certain toothpastes work in a similar way albeit with help from small sharp crystals. And yes, it works, but only by destroying your enamel in the process and at the end of it, the enamel which protect you teeth will be so thin that the dark yellow bone on the inside of your teeth will start to shine through, permanently staining your teeth yellow.
As far as I'm aware, the only way to naturally whiten your teeth is actually through stem-cells. Because teeth normally do not regrow, but studies have shown that with the help of stem-cells it is possible. (The only problem with that is that as you probably know, stem-cell research and treatments are illegal in most parts of the world. Because the general population is not aware that stem-cells, just like every other type of cell are merely biological machines.)
