Fun fact: In real life Harry Hill was a doctor before becoming an entertainer. Dr Hill, this is fantastic. My undergrad was in Biomed and nothing does my head in about how unrealistic they are. Oh and the scene where they drive into the quay is actually Barbican Quay in Plymouth, not Bristol.
Forgot all about this, and therefore forgot about a joke in one of the eps that stayed with me for weeks like a little ‘pocket-piss-myself’. I cant remember what is was, but I’ll be sure to find out and report back.
Anyone remember Jack Jackson on the Light Programme? Used to come on after 2 Way Family Favourites and the Billy Cotton Band show ? Similar type of compilation humour using the previous week’s comedy shows to make up a new show😮

Casualty was in its prime when Robson Green played a porter. Especially when he had the dilemma of if he should throw water on a kid that was on fire while wearing a shell suit. Classic 90s TV
Who'd have guessed that TH-cam didn't like certain innocent humour and deleted comments about 'CHIPPY, CHIPS' ETC'. Apparently some relevant jokes aren't allowed. FIGHT!
What do people see in dramatisations of accidents and people in hospital? Seems really odd to me. They can't all be watching for the unintentional comedy element.
The Ties That Bind - very inappropriate for poor bitter & twisted Rick Davies of Supertramp at 7:16 - forced to act as Elliot Hope in daytime soaps since his contractual & money making aspirations were scuppered by hippy bandmate & perennial Co-hit songwriter Rodger Hodgson whom wasn’t about to sell out for the next 10 years …🙄👍
can't think of a better former doctor to talk about making a medical drama. :D

He also helped out in the temp hospitals they set up during the covid pandemic.
I’m pretty sure it’s a rumour Hill has put about to make him appear more clever, along with the pens and the glasses.
@@operator1717Wrong, he was a trainee neurosurgeon.
@@aboukirman3508 exactly, trainee. He didn’t even get the NVQ. Don’t let the pens fool you.
@@operator1717 Whatever you say moron!!!😂
Thanks for this Harry. Always been looking for this.

Some of that CPR is extremely poor
You're joking? You mean they didn't do real CPR (which often cracks ribs) on actors?
@AA-hg5fk go hard or go home
Nursing and medical staff don’t talk as much gobbledygook as depicted on here, thank goodness 😂
