Casting a vote for a solo play through as well!
Solo playthrough, yes please!
Seconded
Thirded
Playthroughs are a great way to get a feel for the system before comitting to a game
Do a play through of the Solo campaign.
Yes please play the solo. Id like to try playing pendragon solo in general so this can be interesting to see
I cast another "yes, please give this a playthrough"!
That is a nice box cover, has some medieval / Harn feel to it.
Did not know this exists. I owned all editions of the game until now. Thanks for recommending.
I like that this box is like a minimalistic style and only uses enough cardboard but the DnD starter sets are the excact opposite
You did an excellent job of showcasing this. I've always been a fan of Arthurian Mythos. I want to give it a shot now. Many thanks.
I vote for play through.
I would watch a play through
Yes, please do a play-thru.
5:50
What does Arthurian Juice taste like? I think maybe like the tomato sauce in a can of Heinz Baked Beans. 🤔
May habe to pick this up
So, by the way, Chaosium just released a new version of BRP
Solo vote!
solo play it!
please do solo play!
You always mention the paper or cardstock, which is appreciated, but I am wondering if you could use the industry terms so we get a better sense of production values (like the paper looks like 100 lb silk text, but it is hard to tell from the generic description, and the character sheets are gate-folds). The same would go for the wargame reviews (I sometimes hear the counters described as "white core" but the industry term would be something like coated 2 side SBS paperboard of a certain caliper).
You've obviously mistaken me for someone who knows what the hell they're talking about.
Play through vote.
Having to cut the cards is very old school
Another three or four years and Chaosium will publish the 6e core rulebook. Or whenever. Never seen an rpg teased for so long. Oh hang on, Rolemaster Ultimate still wins.
It is worth it? For solo rpg?
Given the very reasonable price, maybe, but there's only the one solo adventure. Call of Cthulhu has a pile of solitaire adventures.
WHY do this game's players want to drag a pen?
So, it's a game that doesn't give you any of the tools you need to start playing, in spite of being offered as a starter set. And, it doesn't even set you up to run a campaign in this setting because there's no in depth lore or help to build your own encounters. It's as if the game is purposely obtuse.
