There are a lot of sculptures and decorations with lions. There is a Gdańsk style of old furniture. And the symbols of the city recognized throughout Poland are the Neptune Fountain, Artusian court and the old port crane on the river, but there is something that vloggers never show because they don't know it and probably the only altar in the world made of amber in the basilica of St. Brygidy. The architecture of Gdańsk is completely different from the rest of Poland. Oh, there is something else, Gdańsk alcohol- "Goldwaser" quite strong with small gold petals.
Every day (Monday - Friday) I commute to work in Poznań (a city with a population of over 500,000) 67 km (45 minutes by train, 5 minutes by tram and 15 minutes on foot). During rush hour I have 4 trains per hour. The tram runs every 5 minutes. A month's commute costs as much as petrol for 7 days of commuting by car (a car takes longer than a train).
2:09 no app is needed. You just buy a ticket online or near the boat and you can go on a journey. You’ll find it in every touristic coast town in Poland. Mozt popular are sunset ones
3:37 a lot of ppl use a bike/ scooter or a taxi if your job is close to you because it's cheaper but most of them use cars because it's more convenient
in Gdańsk (3city as a whole) people either drive or use public transport+walk. City trains SKM & PKM lines cover most of the important stops and bus/tram coverage is decent. When i lived in 3city (lived in Gdynia and worked in Gdansk (~15km) i used bus+SKM combo which takes around 35-45min. Driving a car is just slightly faster ~30-40min (though in rush hours you can get locked in traffic jams). What they are showing is Old Town, hardly any locals live there - it's a tourist spot full of hotels and AirBnBs
Answering your question: whether you use public transportation or drive, depends on the exact location of your work and home. Whatever suits you best. Public transportation is good, but there are also lots of cars in the streets. I don't know the statistics. Vast majority of students takes local trains, buses and trams, but when it comes to people from outside of the city, most of them drive into the city every day. Bikes and scooters are present but not so popular.
i live on countryside but i have like 15-25 minutes drive with a car but i can take a bus or a train im not sure about trains i mean i neever took it if i wanted to go to the city but there is a lot of them i guess when it comes to buses there is a buses every 50 minutes -1h throught the day
There's nothing like going to a foreign city without any research, knowing nothing, being clueless, and documenting your ignorance with a YT video. Bravo! It's nice that young, joyful people are delighted and like the place, but isn't that enough for some solid content?

Interesting convergence. Google translator translated the name Gdańsk as Kadan and the former historical name about which the few know is Kodan
Oh nice to see my born city Gdańsk❤.All the best from 🇬🇧
I liked that this video showed what an actual visit of two barely informed tourists would look like ;)

Polecam obejrzeć "Białe Róże"Mała Armia Janosika 🌹❤️🇵🇱
I'm surprised they didn't show any amber stands or amber shops. They are everywhere.
The temperature was shown in Fahrenheits, because Fahrenheit was born in Gdańsk in 1600’s
...damals hieß das noch Danzig....
@ Gdańsk, zawsze był i zawsze będzie. Był tylko okupowany przez niemieckich barbarzyńców.
