- Got your first camera, but scared and unsure how to dive into manual mode? I put this together to hopefully help you understand the basics of manual mode photography, and set you on your way to taking amazing photos! As a beginner photographer it can be very daunting at first and can even feel discouraging sometimes, but don't give up! I hope this helps get you past that hurdle a lot quicker!

My Canon M6 mark II has "FV" mode. I had to learn Manual for my certification. I shoot in FV to have full control quickly without overthinking. I am always reading or watching to get better. I finally learned picture styles on Canon. It helps if you need to post a jpg online fast.
