    저 결혼12년차인데

    액체류(물엿류 제외) 계량스푼1T하면 15그램 나오는데 레시피에 좀 다르게 되어있어서 그램으로 따라해봤습니다. 살짝 달아서 청양고추양을 많이 넣어했는데 맛있었어요~그리고 전자렌지에 2분 하지말고 30초씩 끊어가며 상태 보며하세요 전 다 타버림 ㅠ

    깻잎을 담고 담날 보면 깻잎이 검게 군데군데 색깔이 변하는 이유는 뭘까요?

      혹시 꺳잎을 찐후 하였나요, 깻잎을 끊는물에 찔경우 깻잎속에 수분이 없으면 깻잎을 물로 찌더라고 순간적으로 깻잎 겹친 부분이 타서 검게 되는 것 같습니다. 깻잎을 물에 담갔다가 찌면 괜찮은것 같습니다.
