Kafka’s Design in game is very much inspired by this, the references to spiders and spiderwebs, her jacket being worn in a way that makes it seem like she has 6 arms, the glasses worn on her head above her actual eyes giving her the appearance of having e eyes like some insects and arachnids, the buckles and clasps looking like insectoid pincers… it’s really well thought out.

I believe that using an original track has higher class than making a new and cool rhythm for a character ,that really shows that Kafka is an original, besides since she doesn’t belong to any nation it makes sense that she doesn’t have a trailer music that represents a native culture like Raiden shogun does
But god her trailer is so good. Classical music, visual effects, minor details, her… it’s a perfect masterpiece. Hoyo definitely knows their audience because they made trailer so good for a character everyone wants

Every one unique and mastercrafted to absolute perfection. This thing is 2 minutes long. I wonder how long it took to script, to get the music to be just right, to animate, the voices, the subtleties, the design of the character that was there but needed to be made beforehand and some point… it’s just amazing. I mean, it’s for a gotcha game of course, this is how they make money and literally their job… but they’re doing a damn bloody fine job if I may say so.
