Sukhdi
Ingredients :
Take a Kadhai and add
1 Cup - Ghee
2 Cup - Fine Atta
Mix Properly and Roast till Golden Colour then Switch Off the Flame and Mix till Little Cool Down then add
1/2 tsp - Ginger Powder ( Sunth Powder )
1 Cup - Grated Jaggery
Mix Properly
Put into Steel Greased Thali and Let Cool Completely and Cut n Serve
