I don't get when these popular streamers and players get cards and act happy, as if they did not have all of them already from preorders and additional packs they bought with their own money/donation money.
I am not sure if most streamers in general spend money. I definitely doubt that most of them have all the cards, so that is a rather stupid general statement.
The majority of popular streamers definitely spend money, that is not a mystery. Or do you think they grind gold 24\7 to get those "1000 pack opening" videos? Most of the streamers have at least 90% of all the cards, and it is not 100% just because Blizzard's randomness with pack drops. So my statement is still true.
Wish I could win a heroic brawl, but after certain losses you can't win anything right? Can't even hit 3 wins in arena, only got lucky with 2 concedes once. My highest legit score is 1 I believe.

Valentin Wipff Heroic Tavern Brawl has a similar concept to arena but instead of drafting cards out of a selection of 3, players make their own constructed standard decks. The rewards are substantially better as entry fee costs 1000 gold or 10-15 dollars.

No, he can't, Blizzard (More specifically Ben Brode) stated that trackers and everything that could be done on pencil and paper (which is what this app does) is totally fine.
Also streamers do it more for the viewers so they can see the decklist. Some tournaments don't allow deck trackers so they have to memorize this stuff anyway.
