Hi - is this only for heating? I have heating but no hot water. Sometimes in the past my heating hasn’t come on and I’ve had a play around with these settings and it’s then fired in but this time it’s the water
my boiler works but the timer/clock doesn't work its blank nothing on it . what does this mean also the temperature doesn't work but boiler works fine ? any advice?

That's exactly what I was gonna ask, I've somehow figured that the only way I can get the boiler to turn on is to set the timer, the top left displays the Off word and I can't seem to change it, so this is why I need to know.
what if i just want it to stay on untill I want to turn it off myself? also if you have the c.h on should the blue flame be on constntly? mine seems to turn on and off by itself
@@stonermountin4881tried doing that, long press, short press, nothing seems to change it to manual operation and it seems to be stuck only on timer, and though I've set the on and off time the boiler only comes on during those times. Italian devices always seem to have struggle with electrics 🙄
Thank you sooo much!!!!!!!!! This is just such a helpful video and has hopefully sorted out the problem I was having and trying to set the heating to when I wanted it to turn on. Although I have been having a problem with my hot water system I have this boiler and have no idea how to put hot water on. It is a combi boiler which this same control system but hot water has a mind of its own. Please can u make a demonstration of how the domestic hot water turns on. I have followed instructions from the manual and another video but no luck I have three kids and it's driving me insane. Please please helppppp and if u can help u will get loads of prayers from me. HI, Unfortunately for this type of clock you cannot programme different settings for different days, there is a seven day programmeravailable for your boiler and the video is also posted on this feed for that. Thanks

I have the Riva Plus HE boiler, to reset the times do I have to turn off the boiler or can I just do it with the boiler switched on?
Why is there no power on my LCD display. There is power to the boiler as the green lights are on but nothing on the clock display.

@@A_Pt_9298 Try setting mode to timer, then when the display shows -:-- , turn it on and it should stay on
