      Does the rabbi care what non Judaic holiday you're celebrating?

      @@613YYYes, he does.

      @@613YY I'm guessing he does.

      @@אלישעוולפין I am thinking you would be wrong. What does not exist does not exist. A reminder of it is pointless. We do not acknowledge your holiday for a reason. It is meaningless for us.
      You can wish us a good holiday since it does not compromise you. Yours compromises us. The reverse will not happen.
      Lots of people celebrate lots of holidays and things that are irrelevant. Does anyone who isn't celebrating need to know? Doesn't make us more "connected".
      Your beliefs are compromising to us. Ours do not conflict with yours in any way. Well maybe Moshiach though in reality it doesn't for you. Huge difference you and others might understand and appreciate.

    I’m so sorry for your loss. Thank you so much for sharing this precious moment of father and son together having a conversation. I can see the similarities in the way both of you delineate a thought. And I’m sure there are a lot more similarities.
    May Hashem bring you comfort and soon reunite you both with the coming of Moshiach. 🙏

    What a precious moment.
    And very very interesting stuff your talking about. The last 3 years I have studied Art therapie. And listening to what your father is sharring I recognizes a behavior I use to do, this was my story. Being in proces with asignments drawing/ representing mind,painting representing, emotions,and with clay representing the physical body. Slowley letting go of old mindsets, and behaviours.And it somehow resonates with what you are sharring. 🙏🏻

    At the very very end of the video there is a small snippet of a song playing. Who/what is this? It sounds so familiar to me.

      I really don’t know much more about it than what I said. My father told me that there was some personality test that asked deliberately shocking and uncomfortable questions to see if the person would refuse to answer. One question was to respond yes or no to the statement: I have cherry red stools.

    • @613YY
      @613YY 18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Curious myself about the question, I tried googling that topic in a psycholical test. Only results were about what it means biologically. hmpfh Looking it up on a personality test got all the info about stools I didn't ask about. Curiosity sank.

    You and your father have taught me something about literalism that could cause issues in communication. Realize more an abstract thinker which is why Kabbalah appeals to me.

    Condolences, jealous of your relationship you had with your dad. Something I am guilty of to have jealousy, my apologies. In terms of the interview I relate with general somantics if that was the phrase in terms of when Trump once said "it is what it is" in an interview. It was one of my go to lines beforehand and then forced myself to stop saying it cause he did. I have recently worked on changing that.

    Extremely moving thanks for sharing this very special and intimate moment. Question: what would be the extrême opposite of the « that’s not red »?

    • @SoulWords
      @SoulWords  18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      perhaps "anything can be red."
