that moment with the "yellow Dart" was golden, ahaha, like, it sounds more like a Marvel superhero than a bus. only Elle could make this train saga fun.
It's super easy and you can see it on Google Maps. One side is for going one way. To get to the other side, the crosswalks are on both sides of the station platform. It's litterally touching the other platform! You were near one, at one point. You can see the DART maps posted everywhere, especially on the station platforms and inside every train, as well as on Google Maps. Grapevine has to connect Fort Worth and the airport. You can get to Dallas from either direction, but you will have to switch trains. The TRE train goes from Dallas to Fort Worth, but you were 15 miles too far North of that. That's why it was easier for you to take other trains there. It's all about location, location, location. TRE train doesn't run on Sunday. I didn't know you were there on Sunday until you said it. If you looked at a map of the DART system, you would see how there are train lines going every direction. You really should have bought a day pass! It would have been about $6 to get on and off all day. Buying single tickets for a train each time is just expensive.
Hi there! Thank you so much for the great explanation! I wish I would have known all this prior to getting on the Dart! lol! Yeah, it was a lot! The ticket cost was not bad at all, but I can see why you would do the daily pass! Smart!! I will definitely look back at this comment if I ever go again! Thank you so much!
so you tried to catch an attraction train and asked for info from that actor with the white beard? 🤣 13:23 Looks like you need a bodyguard for your travels, Elly...
Honestly, if public transport in Texas had its own manual, it would be longer than War and Peace. Also, how do you manage to look good even while lost?

I love how you turned a frustrating experience into an adventure, Elle! That's what makes your videos so fun to watch.🧡
the way you turned train chaos into comedy deserves an award. Also, that tower looked amazing!
so you walked for 23 minutes, fought off train chaos, and still found time to smile for us. We love it, Elle! 😊
It’s amazing how you never stop. Even public transport chaos couldn’t slow you down, you’re like a jet engine with heels.
Traveling isn’t always glamorous, but your adventures show how humor can make even the worst moments entertaining.
Running from station to station while still looking flawless? That’s a real talent.
Loved how you navigated the chaos, though I’d probably still be stuck trying to figure out which line to take!
those train tickets really made you feel like a detective.
that moment with the "yellow Dart" was golden, ahaha, like, it sounds more like a Marvel superhero than a bus. only Elle could make this train saga fun.
Loved how you turned public transport into a thriller 🤣
Grapevine’s train station looked too cute to be useful 😊
that poor ticket guy probably saw you coming and thought, “Here comes another confused tourist.”
Grapevine to Dallas sounds like a survival game, Elle. Hope your shoes were comfy this time
Dallas has some beautiful skyscrapers! 🤩
gold medal for patience and style.😋😋
so this wasn’t just another layover vlog, more like surviving Dallas logistics 101, and you aced it... sorta! 😂
YOU'RE TAKING THE TRAIN ELLE? This must be a first! 😂
you really outdid yourself with this one ahahahaha
so the train station looked like a museum, the museum like a station, and the information center like a maze... maybe it’s all an escape room?
Life is a journey, sometimes by train, sometimes by... wandering aimlessly 😄.
you handled it better than most would have.
seems like even Dallas public transport can't keep up with your chaotic energy! trains and buses probably got confused just watching you ahahah.
public transport in Texas feels like a treasure hunt without a map.
the dart system is so complicated because it tries to make you appreciate walking more. it's all part of their master plan.
I’m amazed you didn’t end up in a different state by accident.
Don't worry Elle, us viewers are suffering right along with you on this ...... 😂😂😂
Forget planes and airports, your next challenge should be mapping all the hidden corners of U.S. train stations and their quirks.
reunion tower is beautiful, but is it worth all that trouble?
This is crazy!
It was. Never realized how hard it is to catch a train in the USA! lol

For a “train adventure,” you made this unexpectedly exciting... but Elle, stick to the skies, clearly, that’s your domain.
if someone made a guide on Dallas public transport, would it just say, “Good luck”?
Hey Elle, how many layovers did you make on your way to the train station? 😜
Only you can survive this and still laugh about it!😅
I bet the shortcut you tried was less “short” and more “cut across half the city.”
so you tried to catch an attraction train and asked for info from that actor with the white beard? 🤣 13:23 Looks like you need a bodyguard for your travels, Elly...
Ahahah ahahaha omg! Yeeees! Exactly! You got it right! I understood NOTHING! Hahaha ahahahha
❤❤❤
Thank you
If public transport was designed by people who’ve never traveled, this is what it would look like.
where are the reunion tower cocktails?
is this Texas’ way of keeping tourists confused and entertained at the same time?
If Elle can survive Texan public transport, she can survive anything.
Honestly, if public transport in Texas had its own manual, it would be longer than War and Peace. Also, how do you manage to look good even while lost?
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
That was insane!
Ahhaha
glad you weren’t robbed or mugged by that shady duo you mentioned… Elle 1: weirdos 0.
Sometimes getting lost is the best way to explore a new place. Right, Elle? 😉
La prossima volta prendi un uber! Comunque molto bella la torre!
Infatti! Di sicuro!!
I noticed you kept calling the Tower the “needle” or something, let me explain: it’s spinning, like you after jetlag.
i noticed you kept calling the Tower the “needle” or something, let me explain: it’s spinning, like you after jetlag.😂
Hey Elle, maybe next time stick to the airports! This public transportation thing isn't working out so well. 😜
Next time, rent a horse, might be faster! 😆 Take care.
Elle lost in Dallas, yet still looking like she belongs in a Vogue magazine. Can you teach us how to do that?
next time, skip the chaos and Uber from the start. Unless you’re collecting train drama stories, then keep going!😊
Your life is nonstop cardio!
next time, Elle, you should write a guidebook: "how not to take public transport in America".
