Are you using std XPS foam?

pink stuff is the pink panther foam insulation. White is the rigid brand squishy stuff. Both from Home depot.

yeah the pink stuff is great but i can only get it in 1"
The white i can get in 2" but needs a lot more reinforcing but its stupid cheap. $21 for a 8ftx4ft sheet.
