Another way to make it swing like this is to use the sync input on the oscillator this will cause the oscillator to restart when it gets an input, so you can send it a lfo which will act as a kinda swing for the clock. Just another way of getting vibe out of oscillator clocking
Holy moly, I can't believe you didn't know this. This is an amazing feature on any drum machine. They really did try to think of everything with the SP1200. I miss mine so much I can't stand it.
What's up man!!!! Thanks for reaching out!!! It's not that I didn't know about it. It's more about the application of using it as a modulation destination.
YES! Once again I'm impressed by your creative work. You're goin deep into things AND are willing to share your knowledge. Great attitude! Beside that, when I saw this video and you started that melody on the EPS and then the chords I was like: OOoooooooh maaan!!! WHAT A BEAUTYFUL TUNE! Much respect!
Please, just please make a review on Yamaha SU-10 a pretty cheap and portable sampler that for its size it seems to be more than meets the eye. I think you will appreciate the effort put in this piece to be more than its size allows it to be.
What's up man!!! Thanks for reaching out!!! Much appreciated!!! I don't do any reviews. Sometimes I do initial thoughts on a piece of equipment that I use for the first time but generally I only cover gear that I own.
@@TheDaydreamSound I can see your point, either way i would still suggest getting it.It is a pretty cheap piece that can do quite a lot for its size, not to mention how nice it sounded when it comes to lo-fi and boom bap beats. Anyways thanks for letting me know so fast and keep up the good work.
awesome discovery. i'm pretty set on not buying any new modular gear, but at some point i'm definitely going to get a couple of ladik's CV/click to MIDI modules, because i think it'll be cool to have generative modular madness and jittery clocks controlling digital synths and drum machines that normally exist in a totally different sonic world from eurorack. of course it will be cool to use with samplers, but i'm kind of even more excited about the idea of modular controlling something like a proteus or other ROMpler and an alesis drum machine.
I believe the Electribe Sampler can sync with a click also. It has an 1/8" input on the back for it. Of course, it's not even close to a SP, but it's a cool feature. And, oh yeah, awesome video!
What's up!!! Thanks for watching man!!! That's amazing!!! I think it's great when sampler manufactures make the effort to include an array of options even if they're not as popular for the time.
What's up!!!! Thanks for watching!!!! Much appreciated!!! It's a very useful instrument these days if only for it's ability to bridge the gap between new and old tech.
Hey what do you think about the pocketoperator 33 I have this little beast device but the soundquality isnt stereo and i dont know Sometimes it sounds fantastic and sometimes i knew it is the pocketoperator
So good! I love that organic sound and rythm
That's Amazing to know , Music flows like water it just keep changing and adapting to new forms
That is the most impressive 'humanisation' of swing and time I've ever seen
The Moog Minitaur will do CV to midi.

Quicker
Do you mean make the video shorter?
Everyone loves or hates that part of the video!
Oh yeah, also some of the old vintage synths have a click out. I think the Roland JX series has them
Oh Yeah quite a few do for sure!!!!
Super dope!!

With all the SP criteria out there, I can't say I've ever heard of this. That stutter effect is nice

What's up!!!!!!!!!!! Glad you liked it!!!! I think CV to MIDI is such an underrated method. It would be great to control a Rompler!!!
any love for the emu command station...I have two (need a back up)
I've never used one.

If they would only be a bit cheaper i would instead buy one of those beautiful sp s. As always really informative video. Thx for all that knowledge
