Alistair's ultimate enhances basics - it benefits from IR. The Radiant Erosion part, as a dot - doesn't. This may lead to SA being better but in the case of Alistair - it definitely isn't. Because his talent is True damage which is enhanced by IR but NOT by SA.

Definitely recommend SBA if they don't benefit from IR.
