Future is bright for this young man. Would love to see more player interviews like Edgerrin Cooper.

Well, this was a great interview, and it's good to know that the players know they haven't played their best football yet. The problem is consistency, lack of pass rush, and Jordan's reckless play and not protecting the ball. If this could change during the bye week and reverse all these issues, the team can make noise. If the team continues like this, they will only be another 8-9 win team again, but this year thats not good enough to get into the playoffs .

Pete, congrats on this interview. It was obvious from the beginning that you were like a kid in a candy store. After listening to you for a few years, I can honestly say you deserve it.

Great interview. Odds Evan understood the Chris Farley bit? Near 0.

Football instincrs are finely honed learned behaviors that are augmented through constant repetition, and study of the craft. It all seems instinctive because of the speed with which these guys assess the situation, and react. The only natural abilities that separates the great players from merely good players, is their size, and their intelligence. Evan seems pretty darned intelligent.

Everyone on Draft night was bitching and moaning they "reached" on Williams and they should of taken TJ Tampa because they see Mel's list this goes to show ya teams are better at scouting players then the talking heads lmao

I'm not gonna lie, I loved TJ Tampa coming out. But having looked back on Evan Williams' highlights after he was drafted, I loved him too.

The Packers is draft and developed team. I suspect one coach doesn't know how to coach his position. His name is Jason Rebovich. He coaches middle LB last 4 years, and none of his players improved at all. He coaches DL this year, and none of his players improve. DE and DT are even regressed, comparing to last year.

He joined as an outside LB coach, which was guys like RG and Smith in the 3-4. Then he was the pass rush specialist last year. The entire group is adjusting to the 4-3, and they really haven’t played bad, everyone just decides to look at stats over film for whatever reason. Just a simple understanding of the scheme change could show you why the numbers haven’t been the same. I wouldn’t say they have truly regressed, other than the box score stats

i want to hear about LOVE ... how is his physical condition?? SO WHEN DO WE GET THE TRUTH. WILLIAMS cannot actually get the ball unless LOVE CAN GET IT TO HIM.

Sorry Packer fans the Football Gods won’t allow you a 3rd great QB in a row. NFL don’t work that way. Hes missed 2 1/2 games and Still leads league in INTs.
