I got bored and created an entire ah lore for that. Imagine that German Empire refused to capitulate for a longer time which has resulted in German-polish war at the same time as Soviet-polish. Red army also used it as an opportunity to occupy Eastern Prussia (German SSR and later German ASSR Asa a part of RSFSR. High effort putten by Poland to occupation of Germany didn't allow it to take Western Ukraine and Western Belarus. Poland occupied lands up to the Oder (modern Polish border). After Germany capitulated Poland refused to give back occupied land and Versailles was harsher allowing Poland to annex what they took (Poland in it's modern borders). Soviet Union was formed as a confederation. Hitler never gained power. Halkhin-Gol resulted into USSR joining war with Japan on Chinese side and winning, taking Sakhalin and Kurils. Eventually Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia collapsed, Britain formed an Emperial Federation, French Colonial Empire federalised and everything remained quite the same until 21st century. NSDAP came to the power in 2013 and ww2 started in 2019.
Plus: Because of in this world nuclear energy was not invented in 40s the peak of tech advantages in most of the 20th century will be dieselpunk. Space exploration will start later and will happen slower. When nuclear power will finally become mainstream world technologies will evolve to atompunk, but probably some hypothetical quantum particle energy sources will be invented. So modern world anesthetics will share some similarities with fallout, but also with 80s just because I love synthwave and 80s retrofuturism. There also will be "kinescope smartphones" (CMC - Compact mobile computers). And ww2 will be fight with pretty modernistic weapons.
