This is a tough call to make. Personally speaking, the implementation of dynamic shading in the PS2 version makes the game look even nicer than the Xbox version in certain areas, but it also makes other areas seem oddly saturated, and certain particle effects like the smoke and sun rays aren't quite as detailed as those seen in the Xbox version. More importantly, the PS2 version suffers from compressed sound quality and severe frame rate issues. There are certainly a few laggy moments in the Xbox version, but it's far more persistent in the PS2 version, and it really detracts from the otherwise enjoyable visuals and the experience as a whole.
Technically your not wrong but you can play the original Xbox version on a 360 up to 780p resolution as for the PC port i have no clue how that even works 🤨
