Lumbar ESP. It always looks like a dogs dinner when I do it. But always seems to work incredibly well, I don’t get it. Opposite situation with TAP block, looks beautiful but not a lot of analgesia.
That recurrent genicular branch on the lateral side of tibia was a new gem I discovered. I think I finally have all the info I need to do perfect knees. Thank You for this so very much!
