Ive owned a Swardman, Tru-Cut, John Deere 260. And Allett Stirling. I now have the Rolux and it is the best mower I've ever owned. And as a bonus the customer service is the absolute greatest.
For those watching it’s worth noting that, at least for the US spec machines, they now have a heavier smooth roller with metal end caps, an 18lb optional grooved roller that is now fully milled (no washers), and a cover for the clutch, driveshaft. I took delivery last week and the new grooved roller is incredible. Having owned an Allett and Swardman, this machine is by far superior. Cheers!
I have been using my Rolux x20 and I have to say it is a beast. I had to get used to the handles because my previous mower was a Trucut and it is completely different
these mowers were very common before the 1960s here in the U.S. I can remember cutting grass with a REO ( Ransom E Olds of Oldsmobile fame) reel mower which came with a bag behind the reel blades to catch the clippings. when my high school auto teacher asked for us to bring in small engines to practice rebuilding my gramps let me take 1 of these, he had about 5 of them.

I just ordered mine last week, I can’t say how much your videos have pumped me up for it…
Nice box Merrick. My Allett came in a crush box 🤬 but luckily it wasn't damaged. Have fun with the new mower.

Love it, looks amazing
Kills me every time you focus on the American pronunciation of reel mower. Appreciate your content and glad you got the freedom version of this mower.
Very nice machine.
Looks great!! How does the new throttle compare to the red mower throttle? Would you suggest the upgrade? Your grass looks good👍👍
Nice one Merick, geniet hom!
When will we in SA be able to purchase one of these American Spec Machines? 😊
Your “Reel mower” pronounciation gets me every time 😂😂😂😂
I’m so jealous !! Does this mean you have a second hand reel mower for sale now 😂.
Hi Merrick, machine looks awesome, just wondering why not purchase and new professional with a Honda motor.skip the shipping or is there a difference?
Just like the Revolution 26 made in USA.Same configuration, but Revolution has nicer handle bars.
Did you import yourself?

Says assembled in USA 😅
🤣🤣🤣 I Know. I reckon It was supposed to be. What a scam🤣🤣🤣.
It also has “Rolux” on the chain cover rather than “professional”
Geluk..jy was darm baie opgewonde oor daardie doos. 😅
Baie baie nice. Waar is die rooi een dan?
Nee hy is nog hier. Hulle twee werk saam. Teamwork makes the DreamWork.
