Zero way the jumps are less technical than hurdles. Hurdles just relies on you applying the technique for longer periods of time no? Jump records last much longer than hurdle records do, that’s how hard it is to get it right IMO. Most of the record holders in jumps weren’t able to hit the same success twice!
how long a record stands for has no correlation to the technical difficulty of an event. Women’s 400m wr hasn’t been broken for decades which is a relatively‘ straightforward’ event
There’s a lot of context missing, there’s really no black and white answer but it’s definitely a huge jump in general let alone in 4-5 months. However it’s not unheard of especially when you’re still a junior athlete. While still going through puberty your body can develop a lot in one season. I’d say overall focus on improving yourself as much as possible an athlete, technique, diet, mindset, and so on rather than focusing on the time and the time will come naturally.
I’m loving how yall take your time to warm up before getting into the full session. You got this!
Appreciate it! Warming up is so important for getting the most out of each session 🙏
I love this! Don’t stop making these 🙏🏽

Appreciate it, God bless you too 🙏🏽🙂
Thanks for the insight
Great insight Yemi
Thanks!
In jumps, even if you mess up, you can’t get injured 🤔. I know a lot of triple jumpers who would argue with that statement
I’m not an expert on jumps but I don’t know if I can agree with that 😳…
Fine shi😏
🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
