Great video, really looking forward to more classic routes especially at this sort of grade, rather than pro climbers on stuff most of us will never be able to get up! Also really great to see the gear you used, I know some will moan that part of the fun is working it out for yourself but I’m often guilty of carrying too much ‘just in case’.
I rope soloed this not too long before lockdown started - it was class except my backup knots got caught under the tube and I had to spend 10 mins flicking them out! Good fun though and very rewarding
Is that the DMM Dragon Cam 4 (Gold)? I'm hoping to try some routes with a mix of bolts and gear placements, Looning the Tube looks perfect and I only need to buy one cam!

Lovely route! I was thinking of whether I'd solo it or not while I was doing it this time. Probably not was the answer!
@@JBMountainSkills It's worth it - using the old the tube as the ground anchor adds a certain poetry to the route as well
