I never knew E300 hybrid 'dislike' speedbumps this much due to the AMG suspension which lowers the car. My brother went through the bump at 10kmh and yet we hit it hard! Nonetheless it's a great car but the AMG suspension might be a little annoying if there are huge speed bumps on daily routes that you take and i don't quite like the material on the steering wheel, would prefer it to be lined with alcantara/microfibre-ish material.

@RelaxingMusic-wp8rm hi, i wouldn't recommend this model , there's a reason why the resale value is lower than similar year model E250. Very expensive if something goes wrong with the hybrid system/battery
Better avoid considering. Many 2013-2016 models in used market now in Thailand
Hi bro ,I see some post on google, MB now provides extended warranty till 8 years or 180k Km .And battery price now is reduced to RM 50k . Is it worth to buy ? Saw the 2nd hand is now selling ard 95k .Pls advice bro 😄🙏🏻

@@jaredleeyuhshuenn7760 i think better check with MB first, try asking all the dealers, Hap Seng Star, C&C, NZ Wheels see what each of them say about it. If can extend warranty then it's a good car
@@jaredleeyuhshuenn7760 extended warranty only available for add-on if it is still under the 5 year warranty. also the warranty will not cover the battery if it worn out due to wear and tear or owner neglect, only for manufacturing defect or if the system fails on its own. don’t be fooled by the cheap price bro, if something fails it will cost a bomb. it is why they are so cheap in the first place

nono, i don't recommend this car due to reliability issue. newer hybrid models are better.

How's the maintenance cost? Heard change the gear oil neaR 4K? Is it true?
+Vivian Wen I'm not sure of the maintenance price, I decided not to get it in the end that time. But typically you can expect mercedes service to be few k, normal service 1 to 2k+. I'm sorry I couldn't give you definite answer but you may try to look for service schedule online for this model and that will most likely answer your exact question.
can seek replacement to higher suspension for free.

@@kyopleetan if e200 normal petrol version then better. This e300 is a hybrid and to replace the hybrid battery cost a bomb, previously got someone went to get a quote from mercedes and it cost more than 100k. Not just this model, i would say stay away from hybrid models unless there's still warranty for the hybrid battery and also if you dont mind the resale value of hybrids as they're super low value.
