Nice, looking forward to receiving mine. The only thing that I'd comment on is that a single shot at each setting doesn't really give one a statistically sound small sample size which is generally considered to be a sample size of three, 5 of course would be best but, lol, I'd probably be watching the video for a few hours! Regardless of all that it is pretty amazing to see the kind of adjustability one has with these air rifles.
My only compliant about this stock is that the cheek piece not being adjustable. I bought the streamline in the synthetic stock and that was the one reason why I sold it. I like it when I put a gun up to my face that it's at the same spot every time. If I was to ever consider this FX Crown it would have to be the model that has the adjustable cheek. Great video, I like the fact that you did the dial adjustments, I have always wondered the difference between all those adjustments.
Yes, for those of us with long skinny faces adjustable combs are important! However, this lack is one of the reasons that it is cheaper. Thanks for watching and we're glad you enjoyed it.
She is a pretty rifle. Love the stock. A bit more rugged don't have to worry about scratching it. Good video guys.
I'll get the synthetic stock. I have the grey laminate,. 25 Sub MOA groups at 100 yards. Nice video, and the Definitive guide is great.

if those 33g can 880/900 fps with consistent accuracy like the R.A.W .25cal that were designed for the 33g jsb..that would be awesome if FX can add more power & accuracy in there guns or just let the 25cal be a 60fpe, 22cal 40fpe & 30cal 90/95 fpe ,a hunting version of there seem to be Olympic brands of accuracy shooting guns

The crown is nice but i prefer the impact easier to adjust the hammer spring and i like the bullpup design

As we are aware now that we have the Transfer Port adjustment and the Hammer spring adjustment right. Sorry if I am a bit ignorant ya about this question as this is my 1st Airsoft Rifle. My question, what setting should I use for the Transfer Port and Hammer Spring if I want to shoot big game like wild boar. Tq everyone in advance.
I love the crown but unfortunately it doesn't have the FPE of the impact at 60 compared to 90 for the impact. Is it possible to modify the gun to get the FPE up to the impact Mark 3?

Wow I'm really surprised for that to be there top-notch gun it didn't shoot any better than my Wildcat 25 caliber compact as a matter of fact I think you guys got better groups with it then you did with that gun and there's really nothing to tune on the Wildcat you just load it and shoot it so now you tell me which one's the better gun for the money
Everyone shows what the does with .25 caliber pellets but what happens when you try to tune it to something like Crosman Premier 14.3 Ultra Magnums. I know they are cheep but when you live in an area that the Premiers are the best there is that is what you go with.
We haven't tried the CPUMs in a Crown yet, but we imagine they shoot fine at closer ranges. If we get a chance we'll try them out and let you know.

in all honesty if I am to choose between the crown and the royal 400 in terms of accuracy and holding the zero which one do i choose? I'm asking because i think that the x barrel looks very fragile and light plus it's a removable removable i have a feeling that i will be rezeroing the rifle every time i need to take it, but if I am wrong I will definitely go for the crown.
We would choose the Crown over the Royale. The Smooth Twist X barrels have a lot of advantages over the Smooth Twist barrels.

Will it remain Zero in any high or low adjustment on Hammer spring and Transfer port ?
Any adjustment to the power whether it be through the hammer spring or transfer port will affect the point of impact, at least at distance. Under thirty yards you won't notice small adjustments.

The ABCDE side varies very slightly from the 54321 side. And, no we don't have numbers for the .22, but the general pattern should hold.

Nothing has been announced for it yet. It is more complicated to add onto than the other rifles.

I’ve been interested in this gun for a while. However I would like to use it for squirrels/ deer. I would want .30 cal for deer but .22 for squirrels. Could I buy the other barrel and slot for pellets and exchange them back and forth?
You sure can. The barrel kit gives you the barrel, shroud, barrel liner and the probe.

The only other thing you need to buy is the magazine for that caliber. You'll need to tune the gun for the caliber also, and we show you how to do that in our Definitive Guide: www.airgundepot.com/fx-crown.html
the thing with FX rifles is there not very good in sub 12 lb ... shot a crown at the range this week .. the guy that owns it has sent it back an has been given a full refund an costs back ... 3 inch groups at 30 yrds is pretty crap in my book
Smooth Twist and Smooth Twist X barrels do seem to do better at high velocities.
the rifle itself is very nice feels light an shoulders well ... this one just did not hold a group at any range with 7 or 8 types of pell ...

ive shot around 3 mags with a FX crown at the range this week ... it is the most INACURATE sub 12 rifle ive ever shot 3 inch groups at 30 yrds ... the rifle has been sent back with a full refund an costs from the place from where it came ... it might be a one off but when you spend almost 2 grand on a rifle you expect it to shoot straight an not arrive with cratches on the stock an dents in the shrould ...

it was my mates he got it on tuesday its back in the shop waiting to be picked up an sent back ... the rifle is really nice when shouldered an feels very light for its size ... but it wont group at all .. tried 5 diff types of pellet an diff settings on the rifle but still cant get it to group ... my modified scorpion out shoots it so does my pulsar ... he had been waiting 3 weeks for it an took 3 days off work to shoot it ... very disapointed with it
The only thing "unfair" about the FX is its price, for under $300 you can buy a Umarex Gauntlet that will perform just as well if not better (and with more features) than this overpriced glorified PCP.
tennwalt what you said can be true, depending on the shooter..& what are the list of way more features the gauntlet has that the crown doesn't have? 4 giggles, can you change calibers or adjust the gauntlet with out tearing it apart ? how many bench rest competition the gauntlet won ? you may wanna challenge the FX streamline which is still an insult to FX airguns 😂🤣 ...if there overpriced 4 you & others then don't buy it or get on an FX airgun review complaining about the price...."cheers "
