- A 17-year-old accused of shooting and killing a 21-year-old Temple University student over the weekend surrendered to police. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia gets reactions from Temple students who are still concerned about overall safety in the area.

People cannot see everything about themselves. When you stand in front of mirror you can only see the front of you not the back. If somebody is standing in the back of you they could see the back of you. This kid parents failed him they never guided him in life. They failed him. They probably left them to navigate the streets like a scavenger. People see things about you that you can see so when they give you an advice you got to take it seriously.
It goes to show you how they listen on the news this young man turned himself in he wasn't captured this what you call misleading of information somebody will always add something different regards if you hear it or say it the story changes from person to person
