The election had two stages: voting by students based on our speeches and an interview with the principal. I won the voting round with my speech, without asking anyone for votes, not even my friends. However, during the interview, I brought up the issue of porn as a challenge for today's generation and suggested that our school should introduce sex education by experts. In the end, I didn’t become the head boy, not even the deputy.

And the basic and common reason behind all the acts was the lack of knowledge of sexual education... They don't know how to handle that sexual tendencies in puberty... They don't know how to have a normal or general understanding to respect a girl or their womanhood ... I always advocate the need of sexual education in the society in times where teenagers have access to obscene and vulgar content without knowing their harmful effects..... Society also plays a very large part in setting narrative too... Society n sex or sex related topics ko negative connotation de diya hai... Other factors also play a part like the surrounding environment , family conflicts etc... Hey sarthak, I remember you doing promotion of adivasi hair oil and saying you do use yourself and it's genuine. Do they have ingredient list on their package? Are they authorised by government? If yes, then all good . Otherwise you should have a research before reaching out to your this large audience.
Not trying to sound rude and all but hair is all about genetics and stress balance, having a great lifestyle and trying to keep the hair moisturized should do the job. So, instead of using preservative mixed oils widely marketed, just buy some cold pressed pure coconut or mustard oil and apply it atleast once a week before hair wash. Keeping yourself physically fit is the key for great hair. And then again if your body is too sensitive to testosterone you are bound to lose hair no matter what you do. You can judge your body sensitivity to testosterone by excess body hair and thicker rougher skin.

#Lateral Entry Hi Sarthak, There are some people like me who feel that exams like UPSC and others consume a lot of time for students who want to get into bureaucracy and the process itself to be cabinet secretary takes around 15-20 years to reach that position. I want the government to improve the exam and the selection process of getting into bureaucracy because we don't want to waste our peak years in just exam preparation. If corporate companies can hire good talent so easily from colleges, government should also be able to do so. Lateral Entry may be a solution but the procedure should be clear and open to the citizens of India. In some departments like the financial ministry hiring individuals from corporate with a fincancial background can prove to be a great boon for our country.

Not trying to sound rude and all but hair is all about genetics and stress balance, having a great lifestyle and trying to keep the hair moisturized should do the job. So, instead of using preservative mixed oils widely marketed, just buy some cold pressed pure coconut or mustard oil and apply it atleast once a week before hair wash. Keeping yourself physically fit is the key for great hair. And then again if your body is too sensitive to testosterone you are bound to lose hair no matter what you do. You can judge your body sensitivity to testosterone by excess body hair and thicker rougher skin.
Adivasi hair oil is SCAM. they didn't mentioned any ingredients nor it is FSSAI accepted nor there is any quality cheak up. And it is soo concerning. They even claim that, they can fix dandruff, but it is all FALSE.

Throughout our training, we are forced to do a lot of written paperwork in a really short time like consent forms, cross references to other departments, prescriptions, monitoring charts, daily patient updates, surgical notes etc and that too most of times while in not so comfortable situations or while standing. And naturally any person's handwriting will go for a toss. Hope that clears things up.

There are some people like me who feel that exams like UPSC and others consume a lot of time for students who want to get into bureaucracy and the process itself to be cabinet secretary takes around 15-20 years to reach that position. I want the government to improve the exam and the selection process of getting into bureaucracy because we don't want to waste our peak years in just exam preparation. If corporate companies can hire good talent so easily from colleges, government should also be able to do so. Lateral Entry may be a solution but the procedure should be clear and open to the citizens of India. In some departments like the financial ministry hiring individuals from corporate with a fincancial background can prove to be a great boon for our country.
i have the same point brother, instead of a unified pattern there should be things like lateral entry which also bring expertise into govt sector and also give young talent a chance.

I am very concern about recently rape cases in West Bengal and Uttrakhand .I think that if a person is proven guilty then strict action should be taken against him and visual representation should be published in media to reduce further cases but we cannot generalize all men are of same mindset as fake rape cases also occurs.Therefore,we need good men and good women in the society.
