I have had a life-long love for Persian culture, and have been cooking Persian food at home for fifteen years. I travelled Iran almost ten years ago and will be revisiting this year. I can never get sick of watching videos on Iran and especially the cooking. I actually have not made tahchin before so it was a treat seeing it made in the kitchen. This is not true that you eat everything with your fingers. Most Iranian use spoons and forks to eat
It's just Mr. Taster that has a habit of eating food with his fingers.
100% we don't eat with hands. Mr Taster has traveled to India, Pakistan, and Arab countries , and brought this way of eating from his travels.
Both are fine dear. Just be hygienic and wash hands before and afterwards as the Qajar did.
It is possible to eat like a glutton both with and without a spoon/fork/knife. What's important is character and intentions.
I think most people eat with their mouths 🤣

I ❤ Iran.... Iranian food is some of the best on the whole planet... They people of Iran are so nice and generous and genuine and they take very good care of their guests and will treat you like a king. You will never be hungry and they will always have tea for you. The people of Iran are very moral and i always feel safe with them because they are so solid in their faith and always trying to do right by their fellow man and Allah. People think that Asian countries like Japan, China, Vietnam ect ect perfected rice dishes but i think Iran has the best rice dishes in the world hands dow.

In front of it is autumn, and if you go forward, you will see that all the trees have fruits, even the only edible soil in the world is on the island. It is Hormuz, the color of the soil is red and very strong, and there is a mountain in Shiraz province that cures AIDS. You should definitely come and see this amazing country, as far as civilization, the history of the best doctors in the world, such as Ibn Sina, and the Bill of Rights written by the order of Cyrus the Great. 7,000 years ago, there was no city anywhere in the world, no kingdom, the burnt city of Sistan Baluchistan, Iran, there were water pipelines, and the sewerage system was built and they are still working. Think of the water piped from 100 kilometers from the lowest place to the top of the mountain. The experts and scientists could not explain how the water is going uphill without any facilities. Right now, the water hose is 3 meters high.

In some parts of Iran, primarily the city of Isfahan, doogh is served with a sweet pastry named Gushe-fil as a hallmark tradition and snack. Great scientists such as Abu Ali Sina and Sheikh Bahaei were of the opinion about eating gushe-fil with doogh that the salty taste of doogh and the sweetness of gushe-fil regulate blood pressure in the body.

that's my only problem with persian food; i can't stop eating cause it's unbelievable, but then regrets cause i feel too f full or almost sick, lol....many visitors go into a food depression after leaving iran, cause they're thinking; why t f should i eat this junk, when i could feast like a f king eating these exotic foods!!! i get depressed when i have to travel to germany and france for work!!!!
