We have universal healthcare up in Canada here. Don't have to call private insurance companies to see which treatments are covered. Don't pay anything at the hospital. The private health insurances we have are mainly for dental, eye care and travellings. Most healthcares are free. And no governments are involved between you and your doctors. And Canada is not socialist. It's very much capitalistic with government programs. Hope the USA will have universal healthcare someday soon.
Obama is the best ex-president in this nation's history at roasting. The GOAT. If secular talk goes on Rogan again, please discuss this with Joe Rogan.
People truly forget or just don't care about how bad it was before the ACA. I'm not a huge fan of the bill that passed (the original one was closer to being what should have happened), but it's certainly better overall than what was in place before.
Min 4:50+, was Obama BS stuttering as he is trying to explain the reason why poverty or health system are some of the Huge problems that are prevailing in the country? And, why did he not endorse B Sanders back in 2020 if he cares so much about the serious problems that we have as a country?
Apparently that bill that would have extended the child tax credit, included tax breaks for corporations like Lockheed Martin and Raytheon. Bernie Sanders voted against it, I knew there was more to the story when I saw that.
To Obama's point about the ACA, that it gave 50 million people access to health care they didn't have. Yes, it did that. But his admin also allowed the success metric by which doctors were paid to be changed from how many patients got better, to how many were on long term medication and "in compliance". The $ incentive to actually help people heal was removed by industry.
It was a right wing republican healthcare plan. He had a supermajority, and promised singlepayer, and gave us a watered down republican plan. Yes, we all love that they're insured, but the end results are just as important. The 7 conflicts he started were awful to the world and a slaughter, the tax cuts for the wealthy bush passed that he made permanent was another moment where the foreign governments and corporations who fund both parties won. They always win. We the people don't win in the duopoly.

Hearing these things outlined so clearly and succinctly makes me worried for the USA. The number of Republicans who are still 2020 election deniers is just astounding.
I've also seen a number of right leaning channels on TH-cam making the claim that whatever pandemic prevention methods utilised by the US Government were not based on science. Now I hear they threw the pandemic plan out.
I live in Australia. I look back and compare how COVID impacted Australia and the US differently. And realising how many people were effected or killed by COVID, in the US compared to here, is simply staggering.
Obama. Best speaker of all presidents. I can't help but feel warm and fuzzy listening to him. Reminder of the "safe" and complacent 8 yrs I didn't pay attention to politics as much. I'm a fool. But, what can I say- I miss Obama days
Trump looks down on experts in every field simply because he's from a rich family.
I remember Trump bringing the people with Covid back over from a cruise back into mainland and just let them go without testing them or quarantine, before that we was thinking we was going to avoid high Covid pandemic deaths.
"The art of the deal of selling sheet that doesn't exist to idiots"
I’m Canadian and I didn’t even know that !
gotta hand it to obama, man knows how to deliver a speech.

“Who you vote for matters, not not because it’s gonna change……… every problem…” He almost said the quiet part out loud! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Me and or my child would be dead if I hadn't been able to get a divorce.
What a charming war criminal.
Gotta pick your war criminals in the US
Every president post-FDR is a war criminal, it comes with the job
Thanks for reminding me, I almost though he was an okay person for a second there.
Who else do you think are war criminals?? Including the box blonde running for president who pretends he’s currently, and never has been for war. This country was built on blood, in more ways than one. 😢
Sadly, there hasn't been a non war criminal president since, probably Carter.
A humble offering for the almighty algorithm.
Thank you for removing that messy chess board. I can now listen to what you are saying.
Melania mother has Obama health care before she died
MEDICARE FOR ALL
They shouted it, they chanted it, they screamed it from rooftops, Since 2008 they said it was on the table, and for 16 years even with multiple supermajorities the most they pass is the republican healthcare plan, labeled the ACA. What a sham this country is. Duopolic oligarchal war machine dumpsterfire
47 is that their IQ
7:50 this is part of the plot to Saw 6 😂
Kyle "The lesser evil is actually pretty good"
He’s objectively right
Got polled by Tim Scott Rep ... I tried to be polite and failed ...
Yeah you can get insurance now but it’s still outrageously expensive and doesn’t cover much……
Hell yeah. Detroit!
Obama is the best ex-president in this nation's history at roasting. The GOAT. If secular talk goes on Rogan again, please discuss this with Joe Rogan.
Then work for the American People, Prove it then !
Kyle: you can’t just call something you do a university.
PragerU: Am I a joke to you?
😂
0:55 hawk tuah!!!!!!!!
That’s clearly his best point … so far …small incremental changes does make a difference
Y’all, lets avoid the term Obamacare if we can. It’s a negative connotation created by the GOP. Don’t use their term
People truly forget or just don't care about how bad it was before the ACA. I'm not a huge fan of the bill that passed (the original one was closer to being what should have happened), but it's certainly better overall than what was in place before.
I LOVE his crowd control ❤
Min 4:50+, was Obama BS stuttering as he is trying to explain the reason why poverty or health system are some of the Huge problems that are prevailing in the country? And, why did he not endorse B Sanders back in 2020 if he cares so much about the serious problems that we have as a country?
Part of Canada's lower mortality rate during the pandemic is due to it being far less densely populated.
New nick for Trump, " The Laundryman".
Now he has the apron with his picture on it in McDonald's 😅😅😅
no he doesn't lol
yes he does lol
INDEED!!💯
No ebola. Thank you, Obama!
