    Starbucks Lemon Cake | Easy to do | DELICIOUS
    Ingredients:
    • Sugar - 200g / 1 cup
    • Lemon peel
    • Lemon juice - 30g / 2 tablespoons
    • Butter - 110g / 1/2 cup
    • Oil - 30g / 2 tablespoons
    • Eggs - 2
    • Flour - 200g / 1 1/2 cups
    • Milk - 120 ml / 1/2 cup
    • Vanilla
    • A pinch of salt
    • Baking powder
    For the glaze:
    • Powdered sugar - 120g / 1 cup
    • Water - 10g / 2 teaspoons
    • Lemon juice - 10g / 2 teaspoons
    Preparation:
    In a large bowl, add the sugar and lemon zest, mix well until the flavor of the zest is incorporated into the sugar. Add lemon juice and butter. Mix well until some of the sugar has melted, then add the oil. Gradually add each egg and mix until incorporated. Do this with each egg. Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix until there are no lumps. Add vanilla and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the milk in three steps and incorporate.
    Pour the dough into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 50 minutes. Allow to cool after baking. Then decorate with the icing made from powdered sugar and lemon juice.

      Deshalb habe ich diesen Kuchen zu Hause gebacken, weil ich ihn sehr lecker und gesund gekocht habe, nach diesem Rezept kann man getrost kochen!!
