Hey Ryan!! I trained with you nearly 3-4 years ago, before you had your own gym. It's been amazing to see how much you have continued to progressed!! Congrats on everything man!!
But also be careful, from my own experience - only one year ago when I was 14 I was training like crazy, with minimum rest. This caused my glute injury. Fortunately, I can still play and run but I am sure it limits my athletic performance unfortunately… trying to do anything to get back healthy again. Our body is still building itself at this age so just don’t overdo despise the will to get better (which I get cause I’m like this as-well), because it will make more harm than good.
@@FemaleHoooper hey man, I know this sounds all lovely and everything but I am now 16 and can tell you from experience. Training that much is not only not worth it but it isn’t necessary and inefficient. I used to wake up 5am leave the house at 5:30am, ride my bike 5km to gym before 6 and start my workout 6 on the dot. Finish around 7:30am and either get ready for school or even hit pool quickly. After school I did drills and runs for the rest of the day also riding to and from every where. I did this for about 7-10 months with the backend of those last couple months with a job aswell so the productivity I was achieving was crazy and on top of that I was doing well in school. But now I am 16 and I have learnt literally 2 ish hours is enough man, instead of crazy sleep routine I get to bed arround 11-12 if I’m late and 10:30 if I’m on time and wake up anywhere between 6-7am basically whatever time my body wakes me up after adapting to wake up so early. I don’t do anything in the morning unless it’s studying and after school I will hit my “physical workout” and then go to either a intense skill session or a chill shooting session depending on the day and “physical workout” I just hit. This way instead of long hours of first 40 minutes full intent and the rest just mindlessly playing, now I do everything with intent and it saves lots of time and allows me to focus on actually getting better. It really is quality over quantity. If you have any questions let me know man I’ve researched A LOT, so you might not need to. Hopes this clears things up
Finally Ryan Razooky is spending time with me dropping them break downs n I am letting my 5n6 grade team watch this tomorrow they did great take 1 place in there first tournament
Hey Ryan, these videos are much appreciated by all I'm sure. Would it be possible to do a breakdown of a big man? There definitely elements of this breakdown that are useful to a big's game, but a spotlight on the play of a big would be great!
Coach, I got a question. Is it better to finish one foot on a fastbreak? Or is 2 foot finishes primarily used for half court sets? Because running as fast as you can while dribbling going to a 2 foot finish feels weird, unless it’s situation where the teammate does a drop off pass.
my trainer always said “ a twenty point game is just 6 points a quarter, only two or three buckets”
Can u make a video on him showing his hand placement or like a part 2 of his shooting breakdown
Faxxx
