  • We might say Christ is important to us, but how does that truth affect our lives on a daily basis? Nancy points us to the supremacy and sufficiency of Christ seen in Colossians.

I love this message on being grounded in Christ because one too many who once walked with us as be sisters and brothers are showing up that never were of us. It happens gradually with little distractions here and there. Compromise after compromise concerning sin and one's growing tolerance to it. Then not being watchful and sober minded against demonic teaching infiltrating the church. I'm seeing more as the years go by how much I need to abide in Christ and how essential it is to my faith. I have had seasons when I dropped the ball but God has been faithful to me and patient. All those who quit this race causes fear in my heart for them and myself if I should dare turn away from the truth. May we true women continue in Him.

Amen. Thank you for sharing. We run this race knowing that Christ's grip on us is stronger than our grip on Him. He is the preserver and sustainer. 💙

A'men! Spiritually Supernaturally Grounded in God's Word. After 36 years in God's Word everyday (l made a vow to God, after He took all the HATE out of my heart in 1985).

    Beautiful message. Thank you.
    However, my sister and friends-
The sun makes a circuit over the face of the earth. The earth is not a spinning ball which rotates around the earth.
There is a firmament and the sun and moon are lights which move in sync above the earth. Please seek the Lord to reveal this to you.
God bless you! In His grace 🌸

All that you say is true. Are you in Christ? I believe you are, but perhaps you have also been deceived by the traditions of man? You are a student of the Bible, it is plain. Love to God is first, then love your neighbor as yourself. The Ten Commandment law of God governs the lives of His people. It is the transcript of God’s character, if it could have been done away with, Jesus Christ would not have had to die. If Christ did not have to die, then our faith in Him is vain. In the law of God, the first four commandments outline the principles for loving God, the last six, outline our love for mankind. Tradition teaches that the commandments were done away with at the cross, yet many Christians would argue that we must love as Christ did, doing no harm to your neighbor, and a belief that only God deserves our worship…this is what we must be by His Grace…his resurrection power gives us overcoming power. Overcoming what? Sin which is the transgression of His law. Why then, does the Christian world deny only one precept of that law? Could we, inadvertently be denying God’s sovereignty, and bowing to another “god”? For the Bible says if we offend in one commandment, we offend or break all. We must be rooted and grounded in Christ. I loved your message. We must look to Christ, and we must examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith.
