Red is one of the strongest offense lights while blue is the strongest defense. He's got a nice sword and shield combo going for him.
You sure seems to me blue has a bunch of strong power not only it’s seems stronger but can greatly boost a few other good rings all red seems good for is to attain it cause how easy rage comes

The blue ring hope in the absence of willpower or the green ring is limited in what it can do razer really does need a green ring to fully use his blue rings abilities all the time or have a gl chaperone him all the time

They can empower their user's natural stats and reflexes, and they provide passive power boosts to green rings and can be used to channel or redirect the energy output from green rings (like when Kilowog used Saint Walker to amplify Mogo's Death Star beam against the planet-killers), but they generally aren't shown as making constructs other than perhaps spherical shields.

God man I never expected to see Razor again and it was like a blast of nostalgia that hit so hard I actually got a little teary eyed. Razor was always my favorite because of how much he struggled with his internal turmoil yet he always had the potential to overcome it.

I mean, I guess u didn’t watch the episode. The episode was literally about him losing hope to find Aya which is why he became a red lantern again and then gained hope again which is how we see the red and blue lantern combination cause he’s still angry, but also hopeful.
And to make it better, they used the same theme from the finale
Would be funny if they were in desperate universes since Aya showed up in Justice League Action
I absolute love his design as a blue lantern, the hood, seeing his hair. And even having Jason Spisak to voice him again. It’s perfect. Given what we know now about the blue and red rings. I think Razor has the potential to become a White Lantern. Able to experience all forms of the emotional spectrum.
The will to rid himself of the red, the continued hope of the blue, the compassion he shows for his friends of the indigo, the love for Aya and Ilana of the Pink.
Maybe in future seasons (if we get them) he could be the young justice universe first White Lantern. And I’d be proud if he was.
Honestly don’t know much about him but I like his design it should stay like it
Yeah but given you didn't mention them clear you can't think how he could come to weild the Fear of Yellow Lantern Corp and the Averice of the Orange Lantern Corp but I agree would be a perfect end to Razer's whole arc to becoming the White Lantern

Seeing Kilowog so happy and energetic after being so stiff in the conference makes me want to smile. It's contagious. Their relationship grew so we'll in GLTAS. Nice to see that here. Also great to see Razer just casually achieve God mode. I agree with Kilowog, his willpower is INSANE, should definitely get my boy a GL ring next. Can't wait until he's straight up rocking all five Makluan Rings.

I loved that green lantern series so much growing up and now that I know it’s young justice cannon makes me happy as hell loved razor

It's also canon in Justice League Action
Kilowog seem to think he is suitable for green and during his rampage it was clear that he has the potential for yellow, and violet would obviously suit him perfectly even more than any other ring. He is only orange and indigo away from the full set.
I can’t see him being greedy after the life he’s lived. It’s so cool to see him with both blue and red though. When the GLAS ended I never thought he could retain both.

Man I am so glad Razer was able to heal Forager. He doesn’t need any more guilt. It was so nice to seem him hug Kilawog. Razer really changed. I hope one day he finds Aya. This episode gave me such a warm fuzzy feeling to see these characters again.
Considering that (according to the Justice League Action episode "Barehanded") Aya is also searching for Razer, I have no doubt that one day, they'll find each other (whether we actually get to see it play out on screen or not).

Kinda have a theory that Darkseid has a sample of Aya's conscious somewhere in Apokolips to gain whatever knowledge he wants to use against the Justice League. Not saying that theory will be written in the series, but it's possible.

Oh heck yeah! Much as I love Kyle Rayner, it would make so much sense. He could literally bring Aya back to life.
Might also be useful for a possible Paralax arc since Hal wasn't looking too good last season and could be possessed by Paralax at some point. Razer could come back and fight Hal along with a possible addition of the female Green Lantern as a YJ member (forgot her name).
Ok, I can accept the fact that “season 3 of GLTAS” is an episode of Young Justice but still, would be nice if they brought the show back

Never thought I’d see this character with his voice actor no less after the green lantern series. The fact that they kept his character arcs and motivations from the original show without explaining them much to the audience is insane and extremely cool to me.
Also, I also need to say that I love how Orion’s voice is so stereotypically evil, calling back to his heritage as Darkseid’s son
...Greg Wiseman didn't have to do this: Connecting even a major part of Green Lantern:TAS to Young Justice...but I'm truly thankful for it. It was good to see MY Boi Razer again...and remembering him and Aya :')
The orginal shows producers of the Green Lantern show got to wirte this whole episode so that was extra respect to the show and it's fans

Finally the Razer x Aya story is getting resolved, I never thought I could see it in young justice but this show keeps hitting it out of the park
In the world of the Lanterns, "Rainbow" power equals White Lantern, which would be awesome for Razor. Also, am I the only one who is pointing out that this puts Blackest Night back on the table?
There’s actually a scene in the series when Hal and his team are searching through Guardian Scar’s quarters, and on one of the shelves there’s a book with the symbol of the Black Lanterns on its spine….
@@zachboyd4749 Yeah, I noticed that back in the day. I'm sure that if the series didn't get cancelled, season 2 would have been Sinestro Corp, and a season 3 would have been Blackest Night.
But now, on HBO Max, I'm far more excited for the idea of it now.
Not necessarily. In the comics Kyle Raynor is able where all the power rings, not including white or black. But with this rings he doesn't become a white lantern, in nearly destroyed him.

Fact that Kilowog doesn't call him a poozer shows how much respect he has for Razer.
The theme that plays at the end is the same one that plays when he first sets off to find Aya back in GLTAS. The nostalgia is real.
And the Green Lantern: The Animated Series opening theme plays when Razer get his blue ring from Metron.
Now that I’ve watched Green Lantern the animated series, I’m all caught up in Hal and Kilowag’s history with Razor. And I’m glad that he is still looking for Aya, now that we know that this show is tied in with Hal’s Green Lantern show
I love the whole Red-Blue Lantern thing Razer has going on. Having said that, does anyone think he might have what it takes to one day be a White Lantern? Because I could totally see it happening.
Well as kilowog said he certainly has the will power for it and his love for aya certainly gives him a spot for the Star sapphire ring. Fear I’ll actually say was a choice as his rage could instill fear if need be, but given his current state it’s hard to say. Indigos an odd one due to how it works in terms of compassion and how it’s suppose to eventually put one in a compassionate state, but basically compassion is possible. The only one that I do find a hurdle for him would be the orange lanterns greed and that’s one Kyle had problems with too besides love.
@@MusicFan752 I think the way they could justify the trickiest ones is by saying that everyone possesses all the emotions, but most people are only in touch with one of them and basically reject the others once they gain a ring. Razer would move past that and learn to bring out all his emotions. He is angry that he took too much time to confess to aya, hopeful that he can find her, yet fearful that it will be like losing his wife a second time. He could learn to channel his quest for power and greed for good instead of being controlled by it. His love is doesn't need to be proven, and his compassion would surely be enough, especially if it is the last ring he has to obtain where he could probably override it. And finally, the will to do all this would qualify his for the green ring. He has what it takes, he just needs to believe in himself and learn to be in touch with his emotions
With the last few moments before the screen went to credits of seeing Razer once again zoom off into space & his last words being: "I WILL find you Aya. I WILL." A part of me felt like that just like the ending of Green Lantern the Animated Series, I was gonna see a Green Lantern Ring appear in space and follow Razer
Even if they don't bring back the Green Lantern series, I hope Razer gets a solo series.
Where he and aya get different adventures apart until they meet again 😁

I like to think it's part of the symbolism... as a Red Lantern, he has a tight and severe cowl. As a Blue Lantern, it's looser, but still covering him. He slouches a lot with that hood to hide himself. But here, finally, he achieves his full potential, becomes his truest and best self, and dispenses with anything that can restrain or hide him.
A man with a full of rage, but with hope of a brighter tomorrow.
He's essentially a paladin now; a personification of righteous fury.

I'm honestly glad Razer had a amazing redemption arc in Young Justice, he was one of the more defining characters in the GL Animated series and the bond that him and Aya shared I do hope someday we get to see the finale of this redemption of his, he somehow finds Aya and the two live in relative happiness together.

I love Orion's reaction to the new statues. And it was terrifying seeing Razor initiate that hug, a great mirror, but still scary.

I just love it how this is the same Razar we know from the Green Lantern Animated series and voiced by the same person from the show.

I hope if we see razer again that the suit has improved it's coordination, this half and a half look is very raw and jagged in how the colors interact and i'd love to see that as he improves the coordination of these powers the suit reflects that by being smoother in the color coordination.

I loved Razer in the Green lantern series. He was and still is my favorite character. Seeing him again and how much he's grown as a character makes me smile. He actually hugged the guy he'd regularly butt heads with.

Razer coming back got me so excited, though I hate he only appeared in one episode, my god he was a sight for sore eyes. A reminder of how awesome my childhood was and why he's still one of the best original characters to come out of DC. Jesus, it's trippy to think I watched the Green Lantern show as a kid and now I'm turning 21, I still think that show should've gotten more seasons. Well written, great voice acting, comic style, awesome fights, and aside from the black and white lanterns, hit on all the main corps. Red Lantern all the way!
I would love for them to do Green Lantern again and maybe go to cover the Blackest Night arc at the end of it.

It'd be interesting to see how they would handle a situation like that. Honestly, that'd be a great way in the story for Razer to become a White Lantern.
And just like that Razor became one of the most powerful beings in the universe.
Calling it, Razor will accumulated all the Lanturn Rings, become a White Lanturn, and use that power to restore Aya!

We may never get the old Green Latern series back, but we got the next best thing, a merging with the Young Justice universe. But who know's, maybe a little Hope is all we need.

Alright. I got here on a happy little accident. I was looking at Supersons stuff and had a video with Razor's scenes from GLAS and this! I was FREAKING OUT. I remember in middle school being so sad that we didn't get to see Razor with a blue ring. I have been watching some of these scenes for a while now. While watching this video (and scene for maybe the 5th time) I JUST realized that they used the same score from GLAS when Razor was reconstructing the statue. My heart is very happy right now
When Kilowag said he would have Rainbow power, does anyone think Razer may become a White Lantern one day? I would love to see it, honestly
