the voices just do not match the instruments in the background, i personally am not a huge rock fan, in rock singing at least (i find electric guitar *amazing*) mostly because of the scratchy undertones in the voices of rock songs, but hearing this, i can really see why that's kind of a staple of rock. it fits better with the instruments. her voice is beautiful though! maybe some instruments that fit the tone better would help it seem less like two random fabrics stitched together
