🐦Walks with Balu are so entertaining 🫐Wow the Monstera has really taken off! 💙This was lots of fun 🤞🏻Keeping my fingers crossed for a happy, healthy plant
She’s a Big Mamma! I didn’t realize how much she grew. Sometimes a fresh mix might be the answer.Hope you feel better soon,it took me ages to get over being sick. I noticed that you got used to calling Agnius your "husband"😅 He was so sweet to help you out,it was too big to handle on your own,I ask my husband to help me out with monster plants. Sending healing hugs. 💚🪴🫂
I learnt from Onlyplants that brown tips with yellow edging is too much water. And only brown indicates that the plant is not taking up water (which could be root rot). So I would switch to soil, because it does not hold a wet reservoir. Really, I have seen these symptoms on my plants and the diagnosis was correct every time. Have a good week!
That is my thought as well, but I’m not sure how easy it is to transfer a plant from semi-hydro back to soil. It seems risky either way. But she could keep it in the pon and just not use a reservoir, or a very small one and let it dry out more in between.
That's helpful Nina, thank you! I let reservoir dry out inbetween waterings. Will see if anything changes after this repot, if not, will think of a transfer 🤔
Plant transfer from pond into soil is not a problem at all, the other way around can cause problem. I love SH but not for all plants…monsters is definitely one of them, especially Thai cause is more prone to root rot
Thank you for sharing! Baloo is precious as always!! I read that it shows high intelligence in dogs when they look up-he was really watching those squirrels!! The Thai Con looked so happier! 🦋💧🫐🥏💙🩵💙
Agnius! Excellent assistant and camera man too. You must treat us to your presence more often! Fingers crossed for your beautiful TC to recover well. 🤞🤞
Hi Svetlana, I’m sorry that you’re still not feeling well, hopefully soon you’ll be better. Balu is adorable, love watching him running around playing and enjoying his life.Agnius did a great job helping you. Your monstera looks very healthy overall which is great news. It was nice to see a picture of Rocky with the same plant, so it needs to thrive.Fingers crossed 🤞.
LOVED your walk!! Especially when you walked through the gate into the foggy field. It reminded me of the end of Pride and Prejudice with Kira Knightly. As for your Thai. The brown leaf edges can also happen if it’s root bound. Maybe it was the combo of the pole rot and the roots being too tight in the pot. Good planty vibes that your Thai recovers to become it former self. 💚 P.S. you and Agnius have a such beautiful relationship. It reminds me of mine and my husband’s. September was our 25th anniversary. Yup, I just aged myself 😂
What a world apart and you bring us on your walk with Balu skimping 🐕around in happiness. With the fog and moisture on trees and life around. So calming. Beautiful. Oh my goodness , how the monstera grew so much. Your assistant, husband Agnius did a wonderful job. Sorry to hear that the stick might have been the issue ,was a nice stick. The extra hands sure come in handy. Man she sure grew some healthy roots ,so you’ve done her well. Things happen. The repot I bet might be what it needed. For sure keeping fingers crossed. You two are a very special couple ,and feel better 😮💨soon.🦋💙🧢👖🐬🪺🫐💙🪁🚙💙
The views in this video were EPIC-the trees, the lake... aah! You and your hubs work beautifully together, it turned out fabulous. Hoping you feel better real soon :)
Hi Svetlana, your Monstera Thai Con is so amazing with all of those great roots you showed us. And I agree with you not putting a wooden pole in there, she seems to be standing at a good angle without that pole and after your sweet husband cleaned out the pots and also helped you when you were putting it back in those pots and then cut off all of the brown stuff on the leaf edges, she is looking so great and pretty and I am so excited to see how she does because she really had some great roots, this is one of the plants on my wish list. I actually trim off some of my plants leaves that get some brown on them and I noticed that they start doing okay and look so pretty and green. I really love the variegation on this plant and that's why it is on my wish list and hopefully I will be able to find one to get. I am also hoping that you still get to feeling better and so happy you have your sweet husband to take great care of you. I am also sending prayers and blessings I am sending love and lots of hugs, bye! 🥰😍😘🙏🙏🙌💕💜💜💜💜
I hear you clearly. I hope you get better soon. It’s no fun being so sick as you have been lately. Fern has been sick for about three weeks until she felt 100%. I hope yours is just a cold c
SHES GIGANTIC!!! I bet there was some kind of bacteria or something on the stick since it was outside and now that its gone, she'll be a happy queen!!! You and your hubby and Balu are a perfect team, and I adore your intros with your walks!! 🔮
A great start to the video✨🐕 Great team work💜💙 Im sure she will be good now after the tlc💚,try a bigger pot next time wuth a plastic stick? Hopevyou will be better in no time.💙 💚🌿🍀🌵💚
Enjoyed your morning walk with Balu. It felt magical. 🐕 Calling Doctors Agnius and Svetlana...monstera needs immediate attention. Great job, both of you. She does look a whole lot better. 🎵💙💦💤⚕️🙏🏼
I hope your Monstera makes a speedy recovery! Mine is about the same size and is doing very well in PON. I used a birch pole, but I wrapped the bottom part in cling wrap so that it doesn’t get wet and won’t rot.
@@fireflyintheroomI was worried that if the wood started to rot there might be fungal issues with the roots. I would suggest rinsing the new substrate with a diluted peroxide solution just in case the roots have fungal issues.
What a big pretty Tia. I got three small ones and I gave my son one. I finally got them repotted and their roots take up so much room. Can’t wait for one to get leaves like yours. So pretty
Girl! 💚💚💚 She is a beast! And I’m sorry I’m late to the party. 😢 Love, love, love your intros with Balu walks, they make me homesick 🇱🇻❤️🩹 every single time. And props to Agnius! Best husband ever! 👑 I see you already have lots of comments about what might be happening with the Thai, I have some thoughts as well but not sure you really need my 2 cents. 😅 Nice work on it tho! Looks so good refreshed! Hope you feel better soon! Love 💚🥰
I’m pretty sure it’s the lighting what causing the dry tips, it happens usually when the day starts to get shorter and sometimes not enough water as well
Nice! I can’t wait for mine to grow as big as yours. I might need to repot mine into a bigger pot… I see the hibiscus plant next to it, is that the one you rescued? Sooo beautiful!
You always managed to pick the right sounds/music for the background. Always complimentary, and never overpowering. 💚😊
😊 thank you
Absolutely love your intros so nice to see your beautiful country. So peaceful. Hopefully your plant and you feel better soon.
Thank you Lisa!💕
A husband that tickles your monstera roots and earthquakes the substrate?? He’s a keeper. 🫐🩵
🤭🤭🥰🥰🥰🥰
Look at Angus go! Bravo, he is a keeper, happily helping you out!

Thank you 👍
I just absolutely love the videos of your walks. You should start another channel for relaxing walks
Aww, thanks Susie 🥰
I don’t think it will miss that tiny bit of roots. Don’t get down on yourself.
🤞🫣
Hello from PR! The Thai doesn’t like to be root bound and it needs more humidity to prevent leaves from browning. Hope this helps. 🙋🏼♀️🪴👒🧤👗🧢🦋🐬🐳🪼🦕
Thank you Nina! 💌
💙👕. She looks beautiful standing. I just got a small Thai and can’t wait to see her grow to your’s size. Love your videos!! Hope you feel better soon.

I just had to cut off all the brown on my spider plant it looks so much better.
Nice!
Hope you feel better soon!💚
I am already, thank you for watching!💕
I think you have helped her 😊
🤞😬💕
Do you use silica? I’ve heard that helps with the browning of the leaves.
Never tried 🤔
She is beautiful.
Thank you!💕
You do know that lechuzapon has fertilizer in it, right? Unless you specifically bought plain pon without the fertilizer.
I do! :) but Inalways add a little extra :)
Good job Agnius ; )💙
