The many games that support Miis are unbelievably good, and quite iconic for its time. Nintendo didn’t have a reason to phase out the use of Miis, as there are many users who still adore/use them in games (even my pfp is a Mii).
I don’t think they necessarily got rid of the Miis, they are just using them less. There are already 11 games that use Miis on the Switch. Unfortunately there have not been any Mii games during the year of 2023. The last Mii game was Nintendo Switch Sports from 2022. I feel like maybe it was a coincidence that they use Mii’s less or maybe it is because they want to separate themselves from the Wii U. To clarify, you can go into the settings to make a Mii instead of going on the profile icon. I just hope they add Miis to the next Nintendo Console or else I won’t want to buy it. Great Video! 👍
I mean... you said over 10 years of Mii's. I don't care what it is, nothing should stick around that long when it's associated so much with a console from 3 generations ago. Nintendo should keep innovating and move on from the past. That's just my two cents.
