Ingredients:
Boiled/cooked rice- 2 cups
Egg-3 to 4
Chopped carrot- 1/4 cup
Chopped french beans- 1/4 cup
Chopped spring onion-1/2 cup
Chopped green chilli-2 to 3
Chopped capsicum- 1/4 cup
Chopped garlic-10 to 12
Chopped ginger-1 inch
White vinegar- 2 tsp
Soy sauce-3 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Cooking oil -3 tbsp

Kabita tried your fried rice preparation today it was really yummy.. Only thing is that I did not wait till the egg got properly fried and scrambled before that I mixed it with the veggies.. But since I know what mistake I made.. It's fine.. But the taste was 👌👌
i suggest make the egg before then add veggies
