Definitely not needed!
Yaxun yx-305d is the best for the price.
$ analog meters doesn’t matter at all
$ 2 voltage adjustment nobs(for safety increase of voltage)
$ 30V 5A available
$ 000 digit current reading
Buying costly doesn’t helps.unless you know how to use it

This is just 3500 Indian rupees which is much cheaper than you mentioned, , and 30v 5a is not required for Mobile service, if u are doing laptop than this not suitable
