Nice drive. Interesting landscape. In the first hour the only crops where grass and timber, with but one field of something other than grass. So a diet of dairy, beef and possibly mutton and goat is hard to avoid in these areas. There are no corn fields to feed chickens.
The long logs seen in the early part of the video are also rarely seen. Needs fairly wide and straight roads to transport both the logs and the products derived from them.
